Purpose of the role:
- To assist the Fund Principal in providing leadership and strategic vision for the fund investment, management, development, implementation and execution of a pipeline of property transactions for PIC Properties and to deliver the pipeline according to the approved outputs and thereby generating fee income for the business unit.
