    Psychometrist

    Introduction

    • Tracker Connect requires the expertise of a Psychometrist to manage all aspects of the psychometric assessment process to ensure the appropriate selection of candidates and the maximization of talent within the organisation.

    Job description

    • Administering and coordinating psychometric assessments for selection and development purposes, including candidate booking, assessment administration, scoring, assessment interpretation and report writing.
    • Ensure the selection and use of the correct and appropriate assessment batteries as well as adapting these to improve effectiveness as and when required.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations and acts.
    • Keep up to date with the latest developments in psychometric assessment. Recommend and/or implement new/alternative methodologies in response to business needs and requirements.
    • Ensure adherence to the requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
    • Management of ad hoc initiatives as and when required.
    • Compile monthly reporting pack for assessments focusing on key metrics such as number of candidates assessed; cost of assessments; percentage employed etc.
    • Facilitate assessment education sessions with key stakeholders (line management and HR) to drive continuous buy-in and emphasise benefit vs. cost impact.
    • Administering and coordinating psychometric assessments for selection and development purposes, including candidate booking, assessment administration, scoring, assessment interpretation and report writing.
    • Ensure the selection and use of the correct and appropriate assessment batteries as well as adapting these to improve effectiveness as and when required.
    • Conduct internal benchmarking and validation studies to inform the assessment strategy.
    • Use the assessment data as basis to identify developmental needs and provide support and input in the compilation of employee developmental plans.
    • Ensure accurate and correct scoring of assessments.
    • Liaise with assessment service providers
    • Ensure that the assessment scoring and feedback processes adhere to the procedural and ethical requirements of the HPCSA.
    • Ensure assessment data is interpreted in line with the requirements of the role.
    • Compilation of integrated assessment reports and providing feedback to line management, HRBP’s and the individuals assessed.
    • Ensure scoring is concluded and feedback is provided within three working days of the assessment date.
    • Create and maintain updated and relevant assessment profiles based on the requirements of the job to ensure a fair and sound job matching process for recruitment candidates. 

    Minimum requirements

    • Honours degree in Psychology or Industrial Psychology
    • Registered Psychometrist – Independent Practice with the HPCSA
    • Accreditations on the following assessments essential: Cognitive Process Profile (CPP); EQi 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence); (5); Giotto Integrity; GENESYS platform from Psytech; WAVE Styles Questionnaire.
    • Accreditations on the following assessments desirable: 16PF; Assessment Centre Methodology (JVR Product Range); SHL products; Business Enterprise products. 
    • Knowledge of Cognadev system. 
    • 3 – 5 years working experience as a Psychometrist within a corporate environment.

    • Ability to critically evaluate information

    • Campaign Management and reporting within the Direct Sales Department
    • General Call center Administration.
    • Importing of Leads and allocating leads to consultants.
    • Checks conducted to identify why a sale has not interfaced to Nimbis system
    • Compilation of various daily/weekly/ monthly stats on Excel.
    • Compilation of monthly management report.
    • Submitting Incentive, Overtime & Commission stats and ensuring that checks are completed for Call Centre Manager.
    • All bucs for caring payments and submitting bucs for caring payments to Payroll for tax purposes.
    • Track payments per area in Direct Sales
    • Promotional and Stationary items – order, control, and distribution.
    • Hourly/Daily Productivity reporting – TFS Consultants Dashboards,
    • Reporting of conversions per campaigns
    • Telephony reporting
    • Analysis / insights on the different campaigns / conversions / most successful time period
    • Participate in departmental activities

    Minimum requirements
    Education

    • Matric
    • Tertiary Education (Advantageous) 

    Experience, Knowledge, skills and attributes

    • Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in Administration
    • Advanced excel is compulsory
    • Results driven/Goal orientated
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Have a pro-active approach to their work
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Excellent time management and attention to detail
    • Good knowledge of MS office, MS Outlook, MS CRM, CDS and TCRM

    Law Enforcement Liaison Officer - Kwazulu-Natal

    Introduction

    • Tracker requires the Services of a Law Enforcement Liaison Officer that will fulfill the following key functions:

    Job description
    Recovery Rate:

    • Design, develop and implement projects to enhance the functioning and effectiveness of the department to agreed target and standard
    • Physical tracking and recovery of all incidents reported to Tracker – (Activations and Verifications)

    Liaison:

    • Interact with relevant Law Enforcement and private security members as per the SOP
    • Ensure that the SAPS / Tracker structure is up to date
    • Visits to Province, Units and stations

    Provincial recovery Process:

    • Establish and maintain an acceptable recovery rate (physical tracking, recovery and customer service) 

    Administration:

    • Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed

    VTU Installation Process:

    • Deployment & Capacity Planning VTU Maintenance

    Minimum requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent accepted qualification
    • The suitable candidate will have an above average knowledge of how the South African Police Service operates with a minimum of five years Law enforcement / PSI experience.
    • Fair knowledge of Criminal Law and the Criminal Procedure Act is compulsory 
    • The suitable candidate must have above average knowledge of the demographics of Kwa-Zulu Natal
    • Must be willing to travel and work shifts, overtime as per the approved shift roster including weekends and public holidays
    • Perform planned and unplanned standby duties as and when required
    • Driver’s licence and own reliable transport
    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    • PSIRA Grade C registration
    • Firearm Competency (use of handgun for business purpose)
