    Sales Analyst - GWK Farm Foods Grain, Reitz

    Job Description

    Daily, Weekly, and monthly reporting by Salesperson, Region, and product category. Responsible for engaging with key customers through building and preserving trusting relationship. Conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint. Prepare and generate sales reports, including sales performance, inventory levels, and customer analytics:

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in administration / finance or a related field
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience.
    • Exposure in the sales environment.
    • BI experience
    • Credit Evaluation experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Code 8 Driver's License and own vehicle
    • Clear Criminal Record
    • Good administration skills

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Daily, Weekly, and monthly reporting by Salesperson, Region, and product category (volume, value, returns etc.)
    • Rebate management & consolidation of the trading term summary document.
    • Monthly tracking on rebates and incentive by customer & the communication thereof to each customer.
    • Continuous Business Intelligence development.
    • Financial reporting – Daily Flash
    • Consolidated packaging vs. Sales report.
    • Claims management and record keeping by customer, by month.
    • Marketing spend consolidation by Salesperson in conjunction with the Sales personnel.
    • Weekly Volume and price Forecast consolidation in conjunction with the Sales personnel
    • Monthly commission calculations for each commission agent.
    • Monthly Commission calculation for Sales & Merchandising agents
    • Monthly Growth incentive calculation for Blue Chip Companies.
    • Commission and Incentive Journal
    • GCAM and profitability analysis monthly
    • Compilation of division reports
    • Compilation of monthly management accounts.
    • Customer business reviews monthly on key identified customers
    • Month end report of the sales targets / volumes achieved.

    Senior Marketing Coordinator - VKB Marketing, Head Office Reitz

    Job Description

    The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the management of the VKB Group’s overall corporate image (administratively) as well as the management of sponsorships, events and certain marketing projects.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12/ NQF4
    • Relevant qualification (Degree/ Diploma) in Marketing will serve as recommendation
    • 2 – 5 year’s experience in Corporate Marketing/ Corporate Image management.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Proven knowledge of the management of Corporate Sponsors will serve as recommendation.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plan, implement and monitor project-schedule in accordance with agreed upon budgets, timelines and specifications.
    • Ensure that the sponsors comply with the requirements of their respective contractual agreements (this includes BBBEE sponsors).
    • Stay up to date with new advertising techniques, processes and technology by attending workshops, shows and training interventions.
    • Mentor and coach all staff involved in order to maintain processes and standards.
    • Administrate the selection of suppliers by continuous revision and renewal of existing- and new suppliers linked to the corporate image of the VKB Group.
    • Facilitate the payment process of relevant suppliers per project.
    • Ongoing liaison with internal departments, customers, suppliers and relevant committees/ associations to ensure quality of service and product, long-term relationships and compliance with legislative requirements and regulations.
    • Coordinate and resolve complaints and inquiries within 48 hours of receipt.
    • Keep record of directors sponsorships.
    • Acquire & distribute marketing materials for corporate functions according to agreed upon budget.
    • Manage the corporate advertising budget on an ongoing basis and report any possible deviations/ problems that may arise.
    • Manage expenses to ensure the maximum return on investment on a continuous basis within the corporate advertising budget.
    • Overall coordination (planning, execution and liaison with internal and external departments) of events as requested by the VKB Group and its subsidiaries.

    General Worker (X2) - VKB Properties, Head Office Reitz

    Job Description

    The general worker is responsible for the overall upkeep & maintenance of VKB's properties and garden in Reitz & surrounding areas. Someone with technical background and incline will thrive in this role.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12/ NQF4
    • 2 - 3 years' experience in the upkeep/ maintenance of the garden, buildings and corporate spaces.
    • Technical ability and proven experience therein.
    • Ability to work well in a team & accept responsibility.
    • Valid Driver's licence. 

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure that maintenance schedule is adhered to when it comes to drain systems, roofing, gutters, ablution facilities, cabinets and office furniture.
    • Ensure that the buildings ablution facilities are serviced daily & never left without supplies.
    • Together with other maintenance personnel, assist employees when offices need to be moved or adjusted.
    • Maintenance of the garden at Head Office and training center. 
    • Ensure that generators are fueled and water tanks have sufficient water levels on a daily basis.
    • General maintenance and upkeep of the grounds around the building.
    • Assist with stand-by at other VKB Properties when needed.
    • Ensure compliance to general OHS Practices when working on the premises. 
    • Management of maintenance equipment (buying, storage & use).
