    Admin Clerk: Receiver PTA

    Job Summary:

    Maintenance Supervisor (Permanent Position)

    Job Summary:

    • To plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance, renovation, and repair activities across laboratories and depots, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, within budget, and in line with quality standards. The role oversees a multi-disciplinary team and liaises with internal stakeholders and external contractors to maintain optimal functionality and presentation of Lancet’s facilities.

    Accounts Payable Reconciliation Supervisor (Permanent Position)

    Job Summary:

    • To lead and manage the Reconciliation team in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reconciliations, invoicing, and stock-related transactions. The role ensures compliance with financial policies, supports audit requirements, and provides effective oversight of vendor accounts, workflows, and system processes.     • Investigate and escalate non-receipted or short-receipted deliveries with sites and Regional Managers.
