• We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller: Audit, Process and Compliance to strengthen our financial governance and ensure sustainable control systems within Senwes Equipment.

In this role, you will:

• Analyse, evaluate, and improve business and system processes
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with policies and legislation
• Conduct operational and system audits across business units
• Collaborate with IT and other divisions on project implementations and change management initiatives

Requirements

• BCom or relevant B degree (BCom Honours with articles, CA(SA), or CIMA will be advantageous)
• 3–5 years relevant experience, including at least two years in audit processes or financial controls
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Experience in SAP and MS Office environments

Description

• Maintain, upgrade and optimise electrical installations of silos according to relevant statutory and regulatory specifications and standards. Duties and Responsibilities: - Scheduled and planned maintenance - Reactive breakdown maintenance - Assist with Annual Pre-season inspections - Assist with Capital Projects - Occupational health and safety Management - Conduct administrative work - Employee management (includes mentoring and coaching of artisan assistants)

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years’ experience after apprenticeship as an Electrician Qualification: Red Seal (Trade). National Senior Certificate or equivalent certificate and Wireman's License will receive preference.

• To perform all mechanical maintenance and repairs on all grain silo plant components and all other related grain handling machinery to ensure maximum operational efficiency and availability of the facility and to comply to the Occupational Health and safety act and regulations.
