    Brand Manager - Bar One

    A day in the life of Brand Manager for Bar One

    • Understand the consumer behaviour by conducting qualitative and quantitative studies in liaison with the local research team and research partners.
    • Deeply understand, actively and consistently ensures the Brand Essence governs everything the brand says and does.
    • Deliver the tastiest and healthiest products as perceived by target consumers and in comparison, with competition Champions development of relevant and preferred packaging & product solutions to improve the consumer experience Manage brand to enhance Nutrition, Health & Wellness goal.
    • Understands the relevant shopping environment & behaviours and how it can be leveraged to delight shoppers and improve performance Defines the desired relative price of products within the brand – and versus other brands/products – so it is aligned with consumers’ perceived value relative to competitors and portfolio strategy.

    What will make you successful

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing or in another commercial function e.g. Sales, CCSD (FMCG food experience preferable)
    • Proven track record to work independently
    • Experience working in cross functional teams
    • Bachelor's Degree/IMM Diploma (Marketing Preferred)
    • Has contributed to the development and implementation of business strategy aimed at increasing brand competitiveness.

    Team Leader

    A day in the life of a Team Leader

    • Break down weekly MPS into daily shifts.
    • Monitor on a daily basis any deviations from scheduling and supply and reasons for it
    • Analyze shop floor reports, take appropriate actions and report to plant manager on a daily basis.
    • Attend all meetings relevant to the above
    • Ensure plant start up and shut down procedures are followed.
    • Repair and organize repairs to machines in the case of breakdowns.
    • Plan maintenance outages and ensure that equipment remains in excellent condition.
    • Approve all changeovers/setups before production commences
    • Assist and agree with Industrial Engineer re plant line and labour standards
    • Organize daily/weekly cycle counting of ingredients, packaging, WIP and finished products.
    • Analyze weekly variance and institute corrective action where necessary.
    • Assist Production Manager with drawing of the budget
    • Promote Continuous Improvement and seek new and improved methods of working in order to increase efficiency in the overall production procManage Teamwork to ensure continuous improvement of all activities and resources within the organizatio

    Quality Assurance Coordinator

    The Quality Assurance Co-ordinator will implement, establish and maintain ISO9001:2015 requirements. Audit Quality Management policies and practices in the Distribution Centre, and in the associated value chain. The successful candidate will also monitor and evaluate Market Returns and assist with root cause analysis, to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate with Technical & Production in all quality related functions including traceability and product withdrawals.

    A day in the life of QA Coordinator

    • Assume full responsibility as Management Representative of Quality for the Distribution Centre and ensure effective execution of all duties as per the appointment in site document.
    • Implement ISO9001:2015 principles in the Distribution Centre and all 3rd party Distribution Agents as well as draw up and implement Quality Monitoring Scheme in the Distribution Centre and all 3rd party Distribution Agents. Implement and maintain Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practice Visual Standards.
    • Implement Integrated Pest Management in Distribution Centre and related Distributors, in conjunction with Service Provider.
    • Design and Implement an integrated Audit Programme for all aspects of the Distribution Centres various Processes such as salvage sales, donations, redistribution and animal feed. It includes audits of distribution agents and outside storage facilities and assist with Retail Quality Audits as per GI 31.321, and Retail Sampling Audits. Perform Distributor Audits at least once per year.
    • Evaluate and report on trial shipments for all products received by the DC and conduct downstream traceability exercises as per internal SOPs or WI’s. Participate in Mock Recall Exercises, and any Recalls/Withdrawals initiated by the company and provide samples requested by factories. Collaborate with T&P in the management of non-conformities and ensure the timely resolution of such non-conformities.

    What will make you successful

    • Qualifications: University graduate or post-graduate qualification, Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Logistics/ Transportation/Supply Chain, Quality Management.
    • Minimum 3 years comprehensive work experience in Factory and/or Distribution Centre, with Quality Assurance experience.
    • In depth knowledge of ISO 9001.
    • Basic understanding of ISO 22000
    • Must have valid driver license.
    • Integrated Management system experience.
    • FMCG experience required.
