Our successful CCTV Assistants … 

• Assist the CCTV Technicians in managing & maintaining the effective operations of the CCTV section strictly in accordance with company policies and procedures and Gaming Board regulations 
• Carefully test the CCTV systems and equipment on a daily basis and take prompt corrective action to 
• Minimize effective surveillance downtime 
• Correctly install surveillance equipment 
• Empower people through regular training to resolve surveillance problems by themselves 
• Communicate regularly and clearly with department managers to improve Surveillance in their areas of responsibility 
• Ensure Surveillance system software is upgraded and correctly configured 
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately. 

If you have these qualifications, join our team :

• Matric (NQF 4), Numeracy skills (NQF 4), Verbal & Written English Skills (NQF 4),
• must be willing to be subjected to periodic integrity testing,
• PSIRA registered - minimum Grade C,
• able to work well within a team, make good decisions and keep a cool head in a fast paced and pressurised environment with a minimum of at least one year technical experience.
• Comptia A+ (Computer Architecture) and N+ (Network Architecture) will be an added advantage.

• Conduct Surveillance strictly in terms of company policies and procedures and Gambling Board regulations 
• Pay close attention to casino gaming floor activities and promptly act to eliminate identified risks 
• Meticulously follow and complete Surveillance checklists and reports 
• Propose new measures for combating fraud and theft and implement approved measures 
• Perform thorough equipment checks on every shift and take prompt corrective action to minimize equipment downtime 
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately. 

If you have these qualifications, join our team: 

• Matric (NQF 4), 
• verbal and written English skills (NQF 4), numeracy skills (NQF 4), 
• must be willing to be subjected to periodic integrity testing, must be PSIRA registered with minimum grade C, 
• ability to work well as a team player and take good decisions in a fast paced and pressurised environment and having relevant Surveillance experience will be an advantage.

Our successful Surveillance Specialist/Investigator… 

• Investigate serious incidents and crime thoroughly leading to the apprehension and conviction of guilty persons 
• Closely protect company assets by identifying security risks and taking prompt corrective action 
• Keep dockets and CCTV footage evidence correctly filed and secure for easy retrieval 
• Propose new measures for combating fraud and theft and implement approved measures 
• Effectively act as witnesses in internal disciplinary enquiries and witnesses in external body proceedings, e.g. CCMA and Courts 
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately. 

If you have these qualifications, join our team: 

• Matric (NQF 4), verbal and written English skills (NQF 4), numeracy skills (NQF 4), 
• good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and report writing skills, 
• basic interviewing techniques, be willing to handle / deal with conflict, must be willing to be subjected to periodic integrity testing,
•  be able to work well within a team and lead a team, 
• make sound decisions and keep a cool head in a fast paced and pressurized environment with a minimum of 5 years casino Surveillance Person experience and be PSIRA registered with minimum grade C.
