    Proposal and Applications Specialist – Screen and Trommel Media, EMEA

    Job scope

    The Proposal and Applications Specialist will be responsible for the Screen & Feeder Consumable Service Line within the region, to drive the commercial success of our product offerings by developing compelling value propositions, reviewing product selections, and supporting regional proposal resources to ensure alignment with sales strategies. Key responsibilities also include management and execution of key opportunity proposals (CRM) through strong internal customer support, promotion of the growth strategy and application of product knowledge.

    Your responsibilities

    • Value Proposition Development: Craft and articulate the unique value of our products and services to meet customer needs and differentiate from competitors.
    • Product Selection Review: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product offerings align with customer requirements and commercial objectives.
    • Sales Strategy Support: Work closely with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that maximize revenue and market share.
    • Proposal Resource Support: Provide guidance and support to regional proposal resources, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and timely proposal submissions.
    • Commercial Analysis: Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product development.

    What you bring

    • Proven experience in commercial sales, marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead by influence
    • Capable to communicate complex concepts to customers in simple terms
    • From time to time, able to travel, domestic and international
    • College degree or equivalent experience. 
    • Minimum 10 years of experience within the mining/industrial industry.  Specific experience with heavy industrial products and/or systems is a plus.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with mining consumable products. 
    • Mechanical Background, able to read and understand Mechanical drawings

    Solution Specialist - Screen & Trommel Media

    Job scope

    The Solution Specialist will be responsible for the Screen & Feeder Consumable Service Line within the region, identify business opportunities, generate leads and foster client relationship to meet or exceed sales goals, support installation assistance as well as inspection and measurements on site, including wear reports. Ensure customer support, troubleshooting and participate in customer seminars and presentations. Travel within the specific region to drive the growth and offer technical expertise for the Screen & Feeder Consumable Service Line.

    Your responsibilities

    • Manage the customers and their consumable throughout the product life cycle
    • Assessing customer needs and recommend most suitable products/solutions
    • Identify and develop new business in the region
    • Provides feedback into the business regarding customer needs and market intelligence
    • Maintain opportunities in the CRM system
    • Monitor industry for updates and changes in the product landscape
    • Be able to perform health checks on customers sites, review data and present feedback
    • Work closely with product line, engineering and sales teams across FLS.
    • Support development of specific marketing documents to place solutions primary benefits
    • Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
    • Ability to support Proposal department on complex solutions.

    What you bring

    • Good communication skills, written and spoken.
    • Deep product and competitors' knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques
    • Capable to communicate complex concepts to customers in simple terms
    • Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel.
    • Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines.
    • College degree or equivalent experience. 
    • Minimum 5 years of experience within the mining/industrial industry.  Specific experience with heavy industrial products and/or systems is a plus.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience with screen media consumable product. 
    • Mechanical Background, able to read and understand Mechanical drawings
