    Internal Sales Administrator / Representative

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:    

    • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, assisting with orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Accurately process and manage customer orders, ensuring they are fulfilled efficiently and on time.
    • Identify potential new clients and generate new sales.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our product range to assist customers in making informed decisions.
    • Collaborate with our sales and production teams to ensure the sales targets are met.
    • Maintain accurate records, including sales reports and customer data, to support the sales and management teams.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, fostering positive relationships.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Matric or equivalent.
    • A BCom Degree will be an added advantage.
    • Experience Requirements    
    • A minimum of at least 10 years internal and / or external sales experience with a traceable record.
    • Excellent knowledge of computer (Microsoft Excel, word, and outlook etc.).
    • Knowledge of the Packaging Market.
    • Experience in e-commerce and / or banking / CIT sector would be favourable.
    • Knowledge of SYSPRO an added advantage.

    Printers Mechanic

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:    

    • Execution of project driven mechanical installations and maintenance 
    • Monitor and development of preventative maintenance plan aligned with technical procedures
    • Assess the maintenance and mechanical requirements of jobs assigned and allocated
    • Receive and assess breakdown jobs on Shopware (computerised maintenance program)
    • Check and monitor the handover after completion of jobs
    • Oversee and manage project installations and upgrades of equipment
    • Adhere and comply with OHS Act, safety procedures and report unsafe acts

    Educational Requirements:  

    • N4 – Qualification 
    • Trade tested printers mechanic, fitter and turner or other relevant trade

    Experience Requirements:    

    • At least 5 years’ experience in a mechanical environment
    • Knowledge of fault finding and repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
    • Experience in the printing and or manufacturing industry(advantageous)
    • Experience of working with contractors and supplier

    Skills and Competencies:    

    • Strong analytical skills
    • Aptitude for problem solving and attention to detail
    • Ability to read and understand technical and mechanical drawings
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Stress tolerant and deadline driven
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervison in a team
    • Computer literate

    Receiving Clerk

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for managing Stock of Raw Materials, Consumables and Chemicals
    • Stock takes are planned and executed to ensure high level of accuracy.
    • Stock is replenished timeously to ensure no stock-outs.
    • To ensure all documentation is processed correctly.
    • Binning of all stock items is done correctly and timeously (Real Time0
    • Correct issuing of stock.
    • Daily stock count of consumables
    • Ensure areas are inspected daily.
    • Drum disposable is done in accordance with safe environmental procedure.
    • Ad hoc Duties - Any reasonable, lawful, and safe tasks which may arise from time to time.
    • Ensure good housekeeping & health and safety compliance.

    Electronic Technician

    Key Duties and Responsibilities    

    •  Responsible for the execution of project driven electrical and electronic installations and maintenance according to SABS regulations
    • Assess the maintenance and electrical requirements of jobs assigned and allocated 
    • Execute and attend to electrical maintenance tasks, equipment and breakdowns
    • Adhere to safety procedures, operation of equipment and report unsafe practices
    • Regularly conduct plant inspections and carry out planned maintenance schedules
    • Conduct monthly safety inspection of equipment
    • Providing technical support to the mechanical and production departments
    • Fault inspection of machinery including PLC, AC and DC drives
    • Willing to work on standby based on operational requirements

    Educational Requirements:    

    •  N6, T3 or S4 certificate or equivalent electrical trade qualification

    Experience Requirements:    

    •  At least 5 years’ experience within an electrical/electronic maintenance environment is essential
    • Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, electrical regulations as well as applicable 
    • municipal by laws
    • Knowledge of and exposure to fault finding and repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment will be an advantage
    • Knowledge of computerized maintenance systems
    • The incumbent must have gained skills and knowledge in a FMCG environment in the following areas: printed circuit board to component level; PLC programming; project management; AC and DC drives and experience working with contractors and suppliers
