    TTL Account Manager -

    TTL Account Manager

    • King James – Part of Accenture Song is currently looking for a proactive, hands-on TTL Account Manager who has a knack for TVC, Radio and all things TTL. We are a focused and performance driven team of individuals, who pride ourselves on delivering quality work for our clients. We are looking for someone who is loyal, accountable and wants to grow their skillset.

    Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

    • Responsible for the continued administration of the accounts to ensure there is a good relationship between client and agency
    • Liaise with clients, attend client meetings, and write client contact reports
    • Manage Workbook - write briefs received from client into Workbook
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders (i.e. Client Service, Creative & Production)
    • Maintain the day to day running of the account and keep reports/briefs/timings up to date and all parties informed
    • Update client status documents
    • Mid-level management of the strategy, media planning and buying with the assistance of the Account Director
    • Work closely with the Account Director on budget control and management of billings
    • Review cost estimates with Operations, and present to client
    • Provide support to Account Director
    • Keep abreast on competitor activity
    • Keep abreast with new advertising trends in accordance with industry best practice


    Qualifications
    Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Management
    • Proficient in Office365 (i.e., SharePoint/Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
    • Minimum 3 years working experience as an Account Manager in an Advertising Agency
    • Experience using Workbook
    • Well versed in TTL (Digital will be advantageous)
    • A good command of the English language (both written and verbal)
    • Strong time management skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Strong administrative skill
    • Strong multitasking skills (ability to work on multiple briefs at any given time)

    Snr Creative Team: Copywriter & Art Director (King James - Part of Accenture Song)

    Job Description
    Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

    • Work according to client’s brief; translate and generate ideas into compelling conceptual creative solutions for TVC, Radio, Print, Digital, OOH etc.
    • Conduct research and understand the client’s brand and target audience
    • Work closely with the wider creative team and client service teams
    • Present work to the senior creative team (i.e. Creative Group Head, Creative Director etc.)
    • Keep abreast with advertising trends within industry best practices

    Qualifications
    Qualifications / Skill / Experience:

    • A tertiary qualification in Copywriting and Art Direction
    • Proficient in Office 365 (i.e., Outlook / Word / MS Teams / SharePoint / PowerPoint etc.)
    • Minimum 4 years working experience as a Copywriter & Art Director (snr creative team) in a TTL Advertising Agency
    • Experience in (exposed to) writing and directing for TV / Radio / Print (TTL or ATL) is essential
    • An excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written)
    • Well versed in Digital
    • Good time management skills
    • Good presentation skills
    • Good administrative skills
    • An online portfolio demonstrating creative copywriting skills / proficiencies (i.e., Behance or Wixsite)
