    Front Office Manager

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

    • Preferable grade 12 Certificate.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience preferably in a 5* Hotel.
    • Well spoken, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Computer literate (Ms Office, Opera).
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Customer service attitude.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

    • Perform all front of house duties – meeting, greeting and attending to all needs of the guest.
    • Assist with managing the switchboard.
    • Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out.
    • Take all guest requests and take full responsibility to ensure that it is actioned in a timely manner.
    • Assist with telephonic and walk-in reservations.
    • Administer general petty cash and float as per Finance procedure.
    • General office duties including correspondence, emails, filing, switchboards.
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
    • Well-groomed and professional.

    Spa Manager

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

    • An international Beauty therapy Certificate/ Somatology Diploma from ITEC or CIDESCO.
    • 2-3 years of Hotel / Spa experience.
    • Great previous retail track record.
    • Ability to source new business.
    • Ability to develop a regular client database.
    • Required to work shifts and most weekends and public holidays.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Main Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Perform a variety of facial and body treatments including pedicures, massages and waxes.
    • Promote and grow the retail and treatment sales.
    • Dealing with Guest requests and Guest complaints.
    • Be familiar with the stock and cleanliness standards.
    • Assist in stock takes and admin of client records, indemnity forms, payments and follow up bookings.
    • Keep up to date with trends and the competition.

    • To be responsible, reliable and dependable.

    • To be able to multitask.
    • To always have a positive attitude and service orientated.
    • To be able to communicate well with guests and staff.
    • To be able to manage own time efficiently.

    • Assist in the gym, sauna and pool facility.
