    Group Data & Analytics Business Engagement Lead

    Job Description

    Purpose of the Job

    • The Data & Analytics Business Engagement Lead will act as the primary liaison between business units and the central data & analytics team.
    • This role is responsible for identifying analytical needs across departments, leading a team of data analysts and BI developers, and ensuring that data-driven solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value.

    Business engagement

    Accounts Payable Administrator x2

    Job Description

    Role Purpose

    • The purpose of the Accounts Payable Administrator role is to validate and process supplier invoices reconcile account and prepare payments.

    Job Description

    • Purpose of the Job: The Systems Engineer is responsible for providing first-line support for all non-Microsoft applications within the organization, including but not limited to Syspro, SAP, Cognos, and operational technology (OT) devices such as scanners.

    Depot Administrator

    Job Description

    Purpose of the job:

    • To manage all activities related to the depot (Mankwe) in respect of subordinates, magazine and stock control, costs and assist management in maintaining document control.
    • Magazine Management (Mankwe & Kalgold)
    • Overseeing the operation of the magazines at both sites.
    • Coordinating and managing all deliveries and orders.
    • Conducting regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and compliance.
    • Stock Control.
    • Documentation and Compliance
    • Maintaining world-class document control standards.
    • Ensuring all contractor packs are up to date and compliant with mine requirements.
    • Medical and Safety Administration
    • Booking and coordinating all medical appointments required by the mines.
    • Managing and tracking all relevant medical and safety documentation for personnel and contractors.
    • Manage employee training matrix.
    • Administrative Support
    • Capturing and processing all overtime records accurately.
    • Assisting Sales Office administrator with creating and managing purchase orders.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Grade 12 or equivalent with 5 years’ administrative experience.
    • A secretarial diploma would be an advantage.
    • Understanding of the Explosives Act and Regulations will be an advantage.
    • Valid driver’s license - Code B.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Debtors experience.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
    • Magazine Master certificate would be advantageous.
