- Industrial Quality records/documentation management.
- Inspecting of goods, components and sub assembles received, ensuring all quality issues are identified, reported, and resolved promptly when required.
- Ensuring that all quality issues are identified, communicated, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
- Taking part in corrective action meetings and activities, defect alerts quality circles
- The above performance areas will be fulfilled in consideration of the student’s experiential training requirements where applicable.

Purpose of the Job
The Facility Administrator is to provide general support and administrative services for the following supporting departments: Facility Dept, Capex Dept, Industrial Maintenance Dept, PME Dept.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Creation of general (soft service) technical specifications
- Creation of PR’s on SAP system
- Tracking of PO creation through SAP system and liaising with Indirect Sourcing
- Requesting of customer statements and processing of Invoices
- Closing out of PO’s and ensuring compliance
- Daily monitoring of PR / PO approval status.
- Management of department stationery and consumables
- Management and control of travel arrangements / bookings as and when required
- General assistance in minute taking (scribing)
- General assistance in document controlling, filing, printing and the like Hands-on practical experience & knowledge of facilities and maintenance management in a complex environment
- Above average practical experience & knowledge of procurement / sourcing processes
- Hands-on practical experience & knowledge & understanding of ERP systems (SAP)
- Proven background in administrative management.
- Proactive and driven personality with a friendly approach
- Willingness to learn and commitment to deliver
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to be a self-starter – solutions driven approach to resolve problems quickly.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Administration/Secretary basic qualification.
- 2-3 years ERP (SAP or similar) exposure preferably
- Experience: 2-3 years of facility management, maintenance management, manufacturing experience in an industrial or operational environment.
