    IM Planning & Compliance Specialist

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Compliance Specialist to lead governance, compliance, demand management, reporting, integration and financial expenditure processes.     IM Site Specialist

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking an IM Site Specialistwho will manage and own stakeholder relationships and service delivery for commercial and technical systems within Global IM for their relevant sites and regions.     Job Description:

    • The Section Manager Load & Haul (Bench preparation) will be to manage the quality assurance processes and to maximise the utilisation of equipment in area of responsibility.

    Protection Services Supt Operations

    Job Description:

    • The Superintendent role supports the Senior Superintendent in an Operation within the Anglo American Platinum to manage resources and investigate breaches of security. The role needs to initiate and manage appropriate systems within the Operation to minimize risks relating to the security of employees and assets. The position will also manage day-to-day shift operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Co-ordinate and plan work for the Protection Services shift through effective liaison with Supervisors

    Manager Technical Excellence E&M

    Job Description:
    Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    • Safety: Create a safety culture through productive and authorized operational systems/processes that allow all employees (including contracting partners) to provide their outputs in a risk-controlled environment. Oversee consistent application of Safety & Health principles in all discipline interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities. The Manager Technical Excellence E&M is also responsible to ensure that the ESTC under their care are compliant to- and competent in executing work in accordance with the technical standards and procedures of Anglo Platinum.

    Performance & Delivery

    • Lead the development of effective engineering and maintenance training programs in support of operational delivery.
    • Develop and monitor the implementation of engineering maintenance, risk and operational strategies and plans aligned to the Asset Management Framework and Strategic Asset Management Plans as envisaged in ISO 55001 for the facilities in their responsibility.
    • Provides and oversees engineering services, infrastructure (roads, power, water) and equipment availability are adequate and maintained to meet the training needs for the facilities within their care.

    Training Officer E&M

    Job Description:

    • As Training Officer (E&M)you will provide services as required and your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    Safety and Health

    SC Senior Whse Controller

    Job Description:

    • Adheres to PSC warehouse operating procedures including emergency/after-hours procedures, to achieve operational efficiency under the guidance of the Supervisor/ Manager. These would include scheduling, receiving, storage, issuing and materials handling processes.
    • Receiving of goods by verifying the goods delivered, quality, condition and correctness of all material received directly from suppliers, from another store or reverse logistics materials from customers.

    • Material Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Certificate or equivalent
    • Other Materials Handling Equipment licenses (Order picker, reach truck etc.)

    Experience:

    • At least 1 – 3 years experience within a materials management environment in a large operation.
    • Technical knowledge(experience) required for role:
    • Experience in utilizing SAP or similar system
    • Skill in SAP or Similar applications
    • Proficient in English
    • Proficient in computer skills and applications

    Other requirements:

    Protection Services Senior Analyst - Surveillance

    Job Description:
    Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    • Formulate, interpret and drive the security risk model for surveillance and its components
    • Interpret the departmental plan, policies, relevant legislation and the security year plan in order to develop risk management objectives and schedules
    • Define risk areas on an ongoing basis using site and process evaluation, system report, and recording audits to identify high-risk areas, suspicious trends, suspects and incidents.
    • Interpret system activity for the proactive detection of criminal activity and protection of company assets
    • Formulate measurement criteria and benchmark camera utilization and efficiency, and coverage of risk areas against identified risks
    • Manage and redefine employee risk profile information, initiate strategies to target identified individuals, and determine investigation needs
    • Implement programming to allow computer-based recognition of potential issues and incident conditions
    • Conduct advanced statistical trend and pattern analysis to benchmark normal practice and provide indications of anomalies and inconsistencies that could identify crime situations.
    • Compile management reports on trends and data arising from information management.
    • Manage employee relationships, including two-way communication, discipline, grievances in a fair and consistent manner,
    • Manage Team performance and develop.

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12
    • NQF level 7 qualification related to crime analysis, research or security management or equivalent
    • PSIRA grade A
    • CCTV Advanced Surveillance Skills and Body Language Course would be advantageou

    Experience

    • 6 years’ experience in Security or equivalent environment of which 3 years should be in Investigation/ Crime Information analysis/ Information Gathering/ and or Surveillance
    • Experience in electronic monitoring environment (CCTV)

    Technical Knowledge and Skills:

    • Understanding and recognition of criminal incident behaviour and suspect profiling
    • Crime analysis applications (Bi (or iBase) / Analyst notebook / CiiMS systems)
    • Knowledge of applicable business communication
    • Computer literacy (MS Office package)
    • Knowledge of applicable business report writing and communication
    • Valid drivers license
    • Pass polygraph test
    • Communication in English (spoken, written, reading)
