    SAP EWM Consultant

    Introduction

    • The SAP EWM Functional Consultant is responsible for configuring and testing SAP Extended Warehouse Management functions and module solutions, as well as troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems. 
    • The SAP EWM Functional Consultant is responsible for writing functional and test specifications, as well as training and testing material. 
    • The SAP EWM Functional Consultant is responsible for providing user support and assistance for 3rd level incidents, and resolving business as usual issues aligned to operations and service processes. 
    • Furthermore, the SAP EWM Functional Consultant will be required to design and implement solutions based on business requirements which originate as change request and/or projects

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Implementing, configuring, and customizing SAP EWM solutions based on business requirements.
    • Leading workshops with business to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
    • Designing and documenting EWM processes, including inbound/outbound processes, internal Warehouse movements, and physical inventory.
    • Integrating SAP EWM with other SAP systems such as SAP ERP and SAP Transportation Management (TM).
    • Providing expertise in EWM master data setup, including warehouse structure, storage types, storage bins, warehouse tasks, and resource management.
    • Conducting system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during EWM implementation and post-go-live support.
    • Providing ongoing support and guidance.
    • Participating in project planning, estimation, and scoping activities.
    • Make recommendations to optimize SAP Extended Warehouse Management processes, policies and procedures.
    • Identify suitable solutions to new and existing business requirements (changes and projects), and ensure effective resolution of problems and incidents
    • Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM features and industry trends..

    Experience

    • 5+ years SAP EWM design and configuration experience
    • 2+ years Agile experience (e.g. sprint planning, stand-up)
    • Knowledge of Retail SAP architecture, implementation and operations
    • Expert functional knowledge of SAP EWM and integration with other SAP modules
    • (MM, Master Data)
    • Knowledge of Retail Merchandising Processes
    • Knowledge of SAP Master Data module
    • Knowledge of development concepts, guidelines and SAP architecture
    • Knowledge and application of relevant IT best practices
    • Knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks (ITIL 3)
    • Knowledge of Project & program management including methods and tools

    Data Scientist

    Introduction

    • We are seeking a skilled professional to assess, develop, and optimize credit rules and strategies within our decision system. The successful candidate will ensure accurate implementation and smooth operation of these strategies in production, while also analysing credit and system data to provide insights for business decisions. This role is critical in maintaining system integrity, ensuring seamless interaction between credit strategies and business rules, and delivering reports to support early warning triggers and ongoing monitoring

    Minimum Qualification and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering
    • SAS Coding Required; hands-on experience writing, testing, and optimizing SAS code in real-world projects.
    • DS2 Advantageous; actual experience working with DS2 in production environments.
    • API Concepts Required; experience using APIs to interact with systems, such as calling a decision engine via API and testing outputs.
    • Credit Risk Advantageous; experience working with credit risk assessments, decision models, or credit strategies in practice.
    • Relational Databases (PostgreSQL) Required; experience working with relational databases, including writing queries.
    • SAS Visual Analytics Advantageous; practical experience using SAS Visual Analytics to create reports, dashboards, or conduct analysis
    • SAS Intelligent Decisioning Advantageous; experience using SAS Intelligent Decisioning to manage and implement decisioning strategies.
    • Post graduate qualification (advantageous)

    Position Outputs/Competencies:

    • Assess the requirements of new credit rules and strategies, determining the most optimal way to implement them within the decision system.
    • Develop new credit rules and strategies for easy future maintenance and optimal response time from the decision engine.
    • Use API software to call the decision engine and test if the developed rules and strategies align with the received requirements.
    • Analyse the output data from the decision engine to confirm the correct implementation of rules and strategies in production.
    • Perform analysis on system logs, API logs, and data from other credit lifecycle systems to ensure they are functioning as intended and providing correct outputs.
    • Build simple reports based on system analysis for early warning triggers and monitoring purposes.
    • Analyse credit data to answer business-related questions.
    • Understand the overall credit system flow and how it connects with the credit strategy and business rules.
