    Online Merchant - Jewellery (6 Months Maternity Cover)

    Responsibilities

    • Effectively manages and drives projects (either identified by yourself or briefed by the business) from start to finish within allocated deadlines
    • Liaises with relevant internal parties to ensure product content requirements and deadlines are met

    Legal Advisor

    Job Description

    • An exciting opportunity is available for a qualified and experienced admitted attorney to join TFG Africa’s legal team as a legal advisor.
    • The successful candidate will be required to provide legal advice and services (some specialist) to TFG’s service and retail divisions for South Africa and the other African countries in which TFG trades.

    Responsibilities

    • Drafting, negotiating and settling contracts including local and international supply and service agreements
    • Providing legal advice to TFG business units to ensure compliance with applicable legislation (including CPA, FICA, ECTA , GDPR and POPIA)
    • Dispute resolution including advising and assisting business with contractual disputes, letters of demand and summons, the resolution of escalated customer, ombud and regulator complaints
