    HR Business Partner - Midrand

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partnering with the business and advising on the full scope of HR services with a continuous improvement mindset
    • Advising on annual HR processes such as Talent Development, Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits
    • Establishing and maintaining HR partnerships with employees and across all divisions and stakeholders in Sub-Saharan Africa
    • Focusing on compensation, alignment to group policies, employee engagement & education, and coaching and feedback to managers
    • Project manage efficiency projects to automize / reduce administrative and payroll tasks
    • Manage recruitment, build a workforce plan and participate and advise Management on the hiring decisions for the affiliates and leading onboarding and integration of new talent
    • Drive BBBEE and EE in the South African affiliates, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement

    We value:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Labor relations, Business Administration, or Economics with Human Resources specialization
    • > 5 years’ related experience as HR Business Partner within a multinational company
    • Experience in working with SAP-HR and highly proficient in MS Office
    • Experience driving process improvements, a self-starter & autonomous HR professional
    • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate at several levels of internal management
    • Excellent English, both written and verbal

    Senior Account Manager - Flavors, Midrand

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify business potentials and competitive landscape
    • Define strategic sales action plan
    • Promote and sell a variety of flavors to major and or key accounts
    • Drive projects towards the best possible solution for both the client and Firmenich
    • Grow sales profitability and build long term client relationships
    • Monitor client satisfaction

    We value:

    • Bachelor degree or diploma in Food Technology / Food Science
    • Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and or business development within the food and beverage industry
    • 3 – 5 years working experience in product development in the food and beverage industry
    • Fluent in English and preferably French as well
    • Management Skills
