About the role
GVI is looking for a highly personable, proactive, capable HR and recruitment professional to join our People Team. The People Team is currently a multifaceted team of two, who take care of everything people related across our global team including HR, recruitment, onboarding, office management, well-being, training, development, and ongoing engagement. This role will be dynamic and fast-paced, with no two days alike, and will demand the ability to multitask, innovate and be highly flexible.
Our People Team is currently based in Cape Town, as part of the Central Support office, however, is currently working predominantly remotely, therefore this role has the ability to be based anywhere in South Africa.
Role and responsibilities:
- Assisting with traditional HR administrative duties (compliance, performance management, administration, etc.)
- Full life cycle recruitment of varying global roles. This includes: writing and posting job ads, screening CVs, doing first interviews, managing the candidate experience, reference checking, and contracting
- Ensuring our Applicant Tracking System and HR database is up to date and organized (filing/auditing/pulling reports, etc.)
- Assisting with onboarding new starters: coordination and documentation
- Assisting with ad hoc office management duties when applicable
- Assisting with, and contributing to, ongoing engagement, training and development initiatives

- 2-4 years of recruitment experience (in any industry)
- HR educational background and/or relevant experience in South Africa

About the role
Role and responsibilities:
- Responsible for outbound business development to all regions with the goal of securing new meetings with schools as well as strategic partners across all regions.
- Work with the Group Sales Manager to optimise bookings from schools.
- Management of the group sales process which includes converting applications to confirmed bookings and hosting parent and student meetings.
- Providing day to day support to Booking partner bookings.
- Responsible for management of Booking and Referral partnership accounts which includes website management and training webinars.
- Level 1 emergency phone duties on a rotational schedule

About the role
- We are looking for a Director of Partnerships who will drive GVI’s global success in business development. In this role, you will be responsible for creating new partnerships for GVI with Schools, Universities, Companies and Reseller Partners. The position requires excellent technical sales skills and a natural ability to maintain ongoing partnerships.
Role and responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outbound campaigns to win new partnerships
- Sell GVI programs to and through new partners, bringing on board all necessary decision-makers.
- Manage the ongoing relationship with partners, to ensure retention and maximum repeat revenue.
- Coordinate with the Operational functions to ensure they are well placed to deliver the programs sold.
- Level 2 emergency phone duties on a rotational schedule.
