    Sales Internship - Malboro, Sandton, JHB

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the Sales / Retail team
    • Capture and maintain sales-related data accurately
    • Assist with reports (daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports)
    • Support store communication and coordination

    Human Resource N6 TVET Internship - Malboro, Sandton, JHB

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with general HR administration, filing, scanning, and data capturing and maintaining employee records.
    • Support employee relations administration by assisting with disciplinary, grievance, and consultation processes, preparing related documentation, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labour legislation.
    • Support recruitment activities, including preparing job adverts, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

    Requirements

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    N6 Internship (TVET ) Finance Internship – Cashbook, TygerValley, CPT

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform daily cashbook processing for multiple bank accounts.
    • Prepare and complete daily bank reconciliations.
    • Assist with investigating and resolving banking discrepancies.
    • Capture receipts, payments, and petty cash transactions accurately.
    • Reconcile point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions to bank deposits.
    • Assist in preparing monthly cashflow updates and reports.
    • Support the Finance team with audit queries and documentation.
    • Maintain accurate filing and digital record‑keeping of all cashbook documentation.
    • Assist with other finance administrative tasks when required.

    Requirements

    • Graduate or recently completed a N6 Certificate in Financial Management. 
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits, credits, reconciliations).
    • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
    • Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, pivot tables beneficial).
    • Exposure to accounting software (Sage exposure is beneficial).
    • Good communication and organisational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
    • Willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.

    N6 Projects & Maintenance Internship

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with maintaining accurate project and maintenance records, files, registers and reports.
    • Capture and update data on spreadsheets, trackers, maintenance schedules and project progress reports.
    • Support the coordination of planned maintenance activities, inspections, contractor visits and project meetings.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, record action items and follow up on outstanding tasks.
    • Assist with purchase requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoice documentation.
    • Liaise professionally with internal departments, suppliers, contractors and service providers when required.
    • Support the preparation and formatting of correspondence, presentations, reports and maintenance documentation.
    • Assist with health, safety and compliance documentation, including checklists, inspection records and incident forms.
    • Provide general administrative support to the Projects and Maintenance Manager and team members.

    Requirements

    • N6 qualification in Management Assistant, Business Management, Office Administration, Public Management, Project Management or a related field.
    • Must require practical workplace experience or work-integrated learning to complete a National Diploma.
    • Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
    • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle documents professionally.
    • Basic understanding of administration, filing, reporting and office procedures.
    • Interest in projects, maintenance, facilities, construction or operations administration will be advantageous.

    N6 Internship: Information Technology

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first-line support to staff for basic hardware, software, printer, email, and network-related issues.
    • Assist with setting up computers, laptops, user accounts, printers, and other ICT equipment.
    • Install, configure, and update approved software under supervision.
    • Log, track, and follow up on IT support requests using the company’s helpdesk or ticketing process.
    • Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity checks and escalation of unresolved issues.
    • Support data backup, file management, and basic system administration tasks.
    • Maintain IT asset records, equipment registers, and documentation.
    • Assist with ICT projects, system rollouts, and user training where required.
    • Follow company policies relating to information security, confidentiality, and responsible use of technology.
    • Perform general administrative duties within the IT department.

    Requirements

    • N6 qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related ICT field.
    • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Completed theoretical studies and seeking practical workplace experience.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate where necessary.
    • Willingness to learn, take instructions, and work as part of a team.
    • South African citizenship
    • Previous experience is not required, but basic IT support exposure will be advantageous.
    • Available to work over weekends and festive periods when required by the company.

    Supply Chain N6 Graduate

    Key Responsibilities

    • The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience and will assist with:
    • Supporting stock allocation and replenishment processes
    • Assisting with inventory tracking and reporting
    • Monitoring stock levels across stores and warehouse
