    Spa Therapist

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Providing a range of spa treatments and therapies to guests including massages, facials, body treatments, and other specialized luxury services using various techniques and products.
    • Conducting consultations with guests to understand their specific requirements and preferences, while providing recommendations on appropriate treatments to ensure a personalized, comfortable, and safe experience.
    • Preparing treatment rooms before each guest appointment to ensure the room is clean, organized and adequately stocked with supplies, linens, and equipment, creating a serene and inviting ambience for guests.
    • Assisting in managing the guest appointments when necessary.
    • Assisting guests and providing knowledge on products, skincare, and wellness practices to enhance the experience.

    Guest Experience Manager

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Provide exceptional experiences for guests throughout their stay
    • Act as a ‘One Point Contact’ for the guests and constantly interact with guests in order to gain feedback.
    • Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared and checked prior to check-in
    • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and the team and follow up to ensure we resolve guest concerns.

    Spa Attendant

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • To clean, service and maintain all areas of the Spa and public areas.
    • Assist Spa therapists by replenishish supplies such as bathrobes and linens in between treatments.
    • Adhere to the cleaning guidelines and to ensure all public areas in the Spa are clean and inspected according to departmental standards.
    • To ensure that hygiene standards are adhered to at all times & disinfecting the treatment surfaces & equipment between treatments as per laid down standards & procedures.
    • To ensure that the spa is neat, clean & tidy at all times & help in retaining the aesthetic beauty of the same.
    • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
    • 1-2 years previous experience in a similar position advantageous.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Customer-oriented.

    Assistant Banqueting Manager

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Oversees the smooth day-to-day running and all procedures within the Banqueting Department.
    • Ensure that set up of all functions adhere to the required standards and to ensure that all stipulated specific requests, as specified on the function sheets, have been adhered to prior to the function so that any shortcomings may be rectified.
    • Interacting with the kitchen to ensure availability of certain dishes, special orders and service delays.
    • Organise the timetable for the event, establish the layout of banqueting or conference rooms and assist associates in setting up the conference room or banqueting facility in a timely fashion.
    • To supervise, co-ordinate and direct the prompt, cordial and efficient service of food and beverages to ensure that service standards are maintained during functions.
    • Ensuring the room's appearance is maintained during the event and oversees the clean-up / break down process when the event is over.
    • Follow up with clients after functions and manage customer concerns.
    • To conduct effective pre-function briefings with all service staff before a function starts.
    • To report all maintenance and repair problems that require attention to the relevant parties and to ensure that appropriate corrective action is taken as and when required.
    • To assist with the implementation of formal training plans and to conduct on-the-job training sessions for all employees on a regular basis.
    • To control and monitor the staffing % on a daily basis to ensure that the month to date staffing % is kept to budget and managed using the On-Track labour management system.
    • To ensure that all Banqueting charges are accurate and any Banqueting revenue is posted within 24 hours of the function.
    • In liaison with the Food & Beverage Manager, to ensure that the food and beverage costs are maintained at their agreed levels and the correct profit margins are achieved.

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    •  Must have 3-5 years F&B management experience in a luxury hotel environment, within Banqueting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent leaderships skills.
    • Knowledge of silverware – advantageous.
    • Good knowledge of food cost, employee scheduling and payroll.
    • Extensive food and beverage product knowledge.
    • Working knowledge of general restaurant operations.
    • Familiar with point-of-sale computers and software.
    • Good financial understanding.
    • Good administrative and organizational skills.

    Front Office Agent

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Perform all check-ins and check outs of hotel guests as per the standard policy and procedure of the hotel.
    • Attend daily briefings & follow up on any pending items.
    • Ensure that all department & guest reports, dockets and correspondence are completed accurately and punctually.
    • Ensure all takings for the day are correct, balanced and banked according to Company policy and procedure.
    • Check the daily arrival list to have detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements.
    • Be aware of all VIP’s – both in house and arrivals.
    • Ensure that you adhere to the Leading Quality Assurance standards for Front Office.

    • Provide support and coverage to all areas of the Front of House division as required.
    • Communicate any relevant guest feedback.
    • Ensure you follow the departmental policies and procedures in compliance with GDPR and PCI.
    • Assist with Guest Services duties as and when required.
    • Provide information about hotel amenities and promote hotel services and ensure you stay self-informed on what activities are available in the city and surrounds.
    • Assist with Food and Beverage reservations coverage as and when required, on a regular or semi-regular basis.

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    • Diploma / Degree from a reputable hotel school.
    • 1 to 2 years’ experience in Front Office or similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
    • Experience with hotel reservations software – advantageous
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good organisational skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Opera.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong mathematical skills.
