    Hauler Driver

    Job Description    

    • Load products into haulers and distributors
    • Receive hauling instructions from Branch Manager
    • Haul products using on-highway articulated haulers
    • Ensure compliance with routing and scheduling
    • Adhere to road traffic regulations at all times
    • Drive the vehicle in accordance with company policies standards and procedures
    • Offload products at client premises or at distributor
    • Complete and forward all documentation to Site Administrators
    • Flush tanks as per flushing matrix to prevent product contamination
    • Wash exterior of the vehicle regularly

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • Matric / Grade 12.
    • 1-3 years experience
    • Drivers Licence (Code EC1) with Dangerous Goods Permit
    • Hazchem Certificate
    • Medical Certificate

    Regional SHEQ Officer - Coedmore

    Job Description    

    • Maintaining and supporting Branches Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Systems
    • Ensure full understanding and application of relevant Health, Safety and Environmental legislation to maintain SHEQ Statutory compliance of all branches
    • Assist Regional and Branch Manager with SHEQ matters and provide advice and solutions
    • Conduct related audits and inspections
    • Month end SHEQ data collection and submission
    • Keeping, updating, and maintaining all SHEQ management records, filing and register systems

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • Matric linked to a relevant and suitable SHEQ qualification (either completed or busy studying towards). Knowledge of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems
    • Unendorsed Code 08 Driver’s Licence, linked to a minimum of 1 years driving experience
    • Involvement and experience of handling SHEQ within the branch/regions in current position

    Strategy And Corporate Development Co-Ordinator - Woodmead

    Job Description    

    • Lead coordination and liaison efforts between office of the Head of Strategy and other functional areas to facilitate achievement of objectives.
    • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders for policy coordination, information sharing, and planning transition throughout the M&A life cycle.
    • Identify partnerships and areas of cooperation based on strategic goals of AECI and prepare for discussion with Executive Management.

    • Assist in aligning activities with the overarching strategic roadmap.

    • Draft documents, briefs and other strategic papers/ materials for the use in the development and presentation of strategic positions.
    • Prepare summary and analytical reports including, but not limited to, situation reports, briefing notes, weekly reports, and inputs for narrative reports.
    • Maintain clear and organized documentation of strategic plans, updates and discussions.
    • Prepare reports and summaries for the Executive Committee and strategy team.
    • Review and provide feedback to project/ programme strategies and documents, work plans, as needed.
    • Collaborates with the relevant Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain documentation, information hubs and repositories.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring that key stakeholders, including Executive Committee members, are present and informed.

    • Understand business parameters impacting M&A strategy (growth, regulations, and business continuity requirements).
    • Coordinate resources across multiple departments in strategic planning efforts.
    • Provide end-to-end implementation support to the individual projects.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among various business functions.
    • Provide coordination and administrative support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with different team members to streamline processes and workflows.

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • Degree or diploma with 6 to 8 years related experience.
    • Project co-ordination and business communication/administration qualification.
    • Project management team experience.
    • Communication support as part of a cross-functional team.
    • Administration and facilitation of cross-functional team support.
    • Corporate Treasury, Corporate Real Estate and BPC advantageous.
    • Understanding of the integration points of the other modules within SAP ECC other components.
    • Understanding of business processes and how they are related to an ERP system.

    Strategy And Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst - Woodmead

    Job Description    

    • Analyze financial statements and perform in-depth financial statement analysis.
    • Perform financial modeling and analysis of potential acquisitions or disposals, including the development of complex financial models, discounted cash flow analysis and comparable company analysis.
    • Helps coordinate the due diligence process in close collaboration with business units and functional partners in connection with transaction execution.
    • Provide input into the due diligence process by gathering and analysing financial data, identifying risks, and providing insights into potential synergies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and assumptions for model inputs.
    • Conduct business valuations and financial analyses, market research, and capital market and cost of capital analyses.
    • Contribute to the preparation of vital documentation for M&A transactions, including business case, investment committee, Exco and Board presentations.
    • Collaborate with legal, tax, treasury and finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation.
    • Work closely with the Head of Strategy and M&A Manager to ensure that M&A activities align with the broader strategic goals of the organisation.
    • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making across the corporate development function.

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • CA(SA) with at least 5 years of post-article experience or 3+ years’ experience in M&A or strategy consulting environment.
    • Project Management qualification advantageous.
    • M&A process and management.
    • Market and segment research, with strong networking and project team collaboration.
    • Project management experience advantageous.
    • Financial analysis and reporting.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, this candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently to research, analyze, synthesize, and present complex qualitative and quantitative data clearly.
