RE5 Certificate
Proven track record
Minimum 3 years in a sales supervisory position
Must be computer literate
Job Description
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by doing the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in the call centre database in a comprehensive way
Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance levels
Meet personal / team quantitive and qualitative targets
Qualifications
Minimum Grade 12;
Regulatory Exams (RE5)
Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in a call centre sales environment (preferably financial services call centre);
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Outgoing, professional and presentable;
Motivated, independent and energetic
