You will be a part of analytics focused engagements across statistics, optimization & simulations, machine learning and Big Data. In this role, you will focus on advanced statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms, advising on state-of-the-art quantitative modeling techniques in order to derive business insights and solve complex business problems. You will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, develop and communicate recommendations. You will also be responsible for presenting results to client leadership and implementing recommendations with client team members.

What You'll Do
You will manage the consulting staffing process including obtaining detailed information from partners regarding studies and staffing needs. In this role, you will develop professional relationships with consultants to understand their experience, aspirations and circumstances; providing coaching and guidance to the consultants on their staffing and professional development; recommending best available teams for each study, balancing client, team and individual needs; communicating decisions and rationale; coordinating with other relevant departments such as finance (e.g. on billing arrangements) and recruiting (e.g. on new hires).
You will also develop and implement tailored development and learning programs for the consultants, including new hire orientation and onboarding, leadership trainings, hard and soft skills trainings, etc. You will monitor and raise emerging people issues with office leadership and drive associated problem solving and programmer development as needed. You will also enhance consultant development by leading/participating in office initiatives such as cohort connectivity events, team talks, and development leader group meetings, etc.
You will maintain accurate and up-to-date information in all people information systems and develop these systems so that they are reliable and efficient. You will read analysis and reporting of key staffing and professional development metrics for local office leadership. You will develop a network of staffers / PD managers within the firm to facilitate inbound / outbound staffing assignments and to ensure the flow and implementation of best practices
You will manage other consultant personnel practices as needed e.g. budgets, leave processes, mobility etc. You will work on a variety of relevant ad hoc people projects as needed.

What You'll Do
You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies and activities to meet the goals of the Forward program with a focus on creating and maintaining a vibrant community of program alumni and outreach collaborators. You will shape, deliver, and scale professional development and community-building experiences for thousands of the Forward program’s alumni. You will both curate and execute these experiences end-to-end. You will identify and onboard faculty, experts and guests as needed.
In this role, you will create new and expanded volunteering opportunities that will foster positive alumni relations and contribute to the program across workshop facilitation, ambassadorship, and other areas. You will identify and engage with program ambassadors from within the community and work with them to create their own activities and content. You will find and develop impact stories that can be translated into case studies, interviews, and social media content.
You will solicit, manage and analyse feedback from the community to continuously improve program activities, content, and format through regular post-program surveys, in depth user interviews, co-creation sessions and focus groups. You will help identify and onboard the required technology tools that can aid in community engagement. You will help onboard users and foster engagement on relevant platforms.
You will develop and coordinate communications to the alumni community including, but not limited to, regular e-newsletters, content to be posted on social media and/or the alumni platform, FAQs, opportunity announcements etc. You will help establish and maintain a network of interested organizations (e.g., NGOs, universities, associations) that want to collaborate with Forward through referring candidates. You will present the program to them and keep them informed and engaged at critical milestones.
