Job Description:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production line equipment, automated machinery, and related systems.
- Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Manage building facilities maintenance, including electrical distribution, plumbing, and general infrastructure.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Diagnose equipment faults quickly and efficiently to reduce production downtime.
- Manage external contractors, including quoting, scope definition, supervision, quality control, and compliance with safety and company standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health & safety regulations, quality standards and environmental requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to manufacturing output.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
