    Field Account Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifying opportunities for revenue expansion within existing accounts.
    • Working collaboratively with customers to introduce relevant solutions that enhance their operations.
    • Engaging in consultative discussions to showcase additional product capabilities and benefits.
    • Managing customer roadmap retention plans/actions to ensure protection of base revenue.
    • Developing a proactive engagement strategy to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
    • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring continuous alignment with their business objectives.
    • Monitors customer usage and adoption, leveraging data to drive renewal conversations.
    • Support the efforts of the regional Business Development Managers including on-site visits, demonstrations and customer educational activities.

    Requirements

    • Be fluent French and English
    • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience in managing key customers and interacting with multiple stakeholders & departments.
    • Possess excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
    • Strong organizational and forecasting skills.
    • Be able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
    • Be proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.

    Customer Contact Center Analyst I

    Responsibilities

    • Working with other team members to manage shared email inbox by properly addressing all incoming communications
    • Managing new customer onboarding and acting as the primary contact for all issues via email and phone
    • Facilitating new order management activities between LexisNexis, customers and third party consultants
    • Providing consultation to customers on all fields that directly relate to LexisNexis’s service offerings
    • Working with management and cross-functionally to implement process improvement and training initiatives
    • Addressing problems and take corrective action to notify management of issues affecting customer experience

    Requirements

    • Have a Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent experience
    • Be able to interact with external LexisNexis customers and company contacts
    • Have excellent computer skills in M.S. Office and Windows applications
    • Be able to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of employees and external customers
    • Have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy
    • Have a background in customer service and account management

    Support Consultant

    Responsibilities

    • Dealing directly with customers in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner - telephonically, via email, remote support and live chat
    • Confirming prioritization of all requests / support interactions
    • Assisting customers remotely using Team Viewer
    • Providing regular feedback to customers on outstanding tickets even if the ticket is escalated
    • Resolving and or addressing requests with a minimum number of tickets needing to be escalated to Team Leaders
    • Owning the problem / request until it is resolved to the customers satisfaction
    • Maintenance of all tickets and support call records (all ticket record requirements are met before being "closed")
    • Keeping up to date with and being familiar with all products supported by the PST including changes (updates), before it is rolled out to clients.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12/ Matric
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience in Conveyancing environment
    • Experience working on LexisConvey (advantageous)
    • Good working knowledge of Windows, outlook and MS Office (must have good Word skills)
    • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
    • Paralegal Certificate advantageous
    • A+ and or N+ qualification highly advantageous
