    Traffic Manager

    • Traffic managers have a keen eye for design, a creative passion and flair. They are highly skilled at running a great campaign from concept through to delivery, as well as being competent in allocating resources, monitoring, and reporting on the status of the project.

    Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • The role is primarily to keep designers on deadline, and co-management of the design department.
    • Help move jobs around to free up designers for urgent work, then keep them back on track.
    • Ensure that the assets are collected from China Team and given to the designers.
    • Feedback on job progress.
    • Follow up on feedback not received.
    • Help allocate tasks so that certain designers are not overloaded or overlooked.

    Forklift Driver

    • A Forklift Driver, or Forklift Operator is responsible for operating forklifts/flexi machines and moving goods around warehouses and other industrial sites. Their duties include using forklifts/Flexi/Bendi machine to unload deliveries, stacking boxes for storage and moving wooden pallets around the warehouse.

    IT Support Technician

    • IT Technical Support will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of an organisation. They will need to provide technical assistance and support to employees. 

    Job Description:

    • Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from employees.
    • Respond to tickets logged by employees. Logging the queries of employees.
    • Support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems.
    • Diagnosing any hardware and software faults within computer and network systems.
    • Setting up computers and devices for new employees. Installation and configuration of hardware operating systems and applications.  
    • Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions.
    • Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks.

    E-commerce Administrator

    The main purpose of this role is to free up the key account managers’ time and focus on admin, so that they can rather focus on sales strategies that develop and enhance buyer and product manager relationships online product enrichments and online promotions.

    • This position will report directly to the eCommerce Executive Key Accounts Manager & the Creative Director.

    E-commerce Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist ecommerce staff with the daily processing of orders ensuring maximum 2-day turn around for picking, packing and delivery. Includes the printing of orders, packing lists, loading lists and delivery waybills.
    • Send approved sales and purchase orders to warehouse for deliveries and follow up to ensure deliveries have been made.
    • Assist eCommerce Key Account Managers with resolving customer complaints in a timely and courteous fashion.
