Your responsibilities will include:

- This role is responsible for accurate data entry, documentation processing, and administrative support for international freight forwarding operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric Certificate
- Preferred: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field
- Experience with freight forwarding software systems (CargoWise)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Process and input shipment data into freight forwarding systems
- Maintain accurate records of shipment status and tracking information
- Generate reports and documentation for customs clearance
- Liaise with clients regarding shipment status and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners
- Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations
- Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes capturing accurate, and compliant customs entries and document submissions for TFS Freight Forwarding customers.
