    Sales Development Manager

    Primary Duties:

    • Enhance your team's capabilities in outbound prospecting, optimising inbound leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings, and execution.
    • Track activity metrics and KPIs closely to improve team productivity and generate a stronger pipeline.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship through weekly one-on-ones, joint calls, monthly target reviews, and tailored skills development plans.

    • Evaluate prospect needs against the company's offerings to secure qualified meetings via outbound outreach and by converting inbound leads.
    • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Sales Account Managers to penetrate key accounts and uncover sales opportunities.
    • Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to various levels of contacts, including senior executives and C-level decision-makers.
