    Senior Coordinator: Sponsorship & Events

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Budget planning and management
    • Sponsorships and events strategy conceptualization

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Assist Account managers execute the following:

    Coordinator (Fashion & Apparel industry) - Durban North

    List of Duties & Responsibilities of the Fashion & Apparel Coordinator:

    • Once briefed from buyer: email suppliers the buyers projection map given by month by season so they aware of what orders are coming.
    • Once designer has briefed factory: start chasing lab dips & fits from supplier while you wait on the customer PO.
    • Once prices are confirmed: chase for the order copies from buyers
    • Download & Print orders
    • Check orders are raised correctly – delivery dates, prices, colours
    • Tag factories for printing of swingtags/print tickets
    • Loading of costings onto Swift
    • Raise indents to factories (can only do this once the briefs /ODR / costings are loaded onto Swift)
    • Send an on order to the suppliers each week of orders raised to confirm they have received.
    • MST production: Chase for fit samples, lab dips, strike offs, PPS and BPS
    • Once received log onto Swift and handover to the designer for checking and then onto QA for processing.
    • Send off to buyers and chase for lab dips/strike off & fit approvals
    • E-mail approvals to the factories
    • Copy on queries from factories with regards to the design/style etc.
    • If not approved, chase for re-submission with the suppliers (MST)
    • Send seals back to factories timeously
    • Send factories packing instructions
    • MST for all deliveries due the week of and 1 week prior.
    • Send customer order copies to factories blocking out wsp
    • Work with frequent amendments
    • Update target reports weekly with merchandiser
    • Daily e-mail queries from factories / shipping
    • Daily correspondences with buyers / planners
    • Queries on packing lists/barcode labels from factories

    Minimum Requirements:
