    The Global Markets operations team has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Futures Clearing Operations, to support the Bank. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for all Change projects (Run the bank & Build the bank) as well as operational aspects of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining a robust operations function whilst moving the business forward by delivering on Regulatory, market and new business projects. The role will require building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders eg The JSE, vendors, Front Office, Brokers. 

    This role is suited to a candidate with a Bachelor degree (B-com Accounting) ,  with a minimum of 5 to 10 years managerial experience in a Financial Services institution operating within a Futures Clearing environment. Sound understanding and working knowledge regarding controls and operational risk management in an operations environment is necessary

    ServiceNow Configuration Specialist

    Job Summary

    This position will require deep configuration on a Specialist level within ServiceNow across all applications including Services Configuration, Case and Knowledge management, Portals, Mobile Application, Performance Analytics and Virtual Agent.
