    Data Analyst

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    This role is for individuals who have a passion for analysing data with the aim of generating strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have a mid to senior level of experience and will be required to independently research, plan, implement and optimise outputs across multiple clients.

    • Maintain accurate and timely output and delivery.
    • Help to strengthen the profile of the Data & Analytics team and drive team progression.
    • Assess client commercial realities to deliver the most relevant and effective data solutions.
    • Ability to analyse data, create reports, provide insights and recommendations.

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrable experience in a hands-on role in Data with expertise in consumer data analysis, web analytics, digital marketing performance metrics, and marketing intelligence
    • Demonstrable experience in tagging design, setting up analytics or data pipelines, and analysing performance
    • Proof of analytics certifications/training are advantageous
    • Collaborate with Data Engineers to build tools, dashboards and automate processes or tasks
    • Work with key stakeholders to align business goals with marketing objectives, focussing on a strategic approach to data
    • Analyse toolsets and provide recommendations
    • Assist with new business pitches and business development initiatives within the scope of data
    • Advanced MS Office Suite skills (especially Excel) and Google product suite
    • Demonstrable experience with Google Data Studio or Tableau
    • Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and Python advantageous

    Ad Operations Manager

    You will need to have excellent technical knowledge, effective communication skills and an extensive experience in implementing digital campaigns. A successful Ad Operations Manager can delegate day to day campaign tasks to junior members, manage stakeholder tracking requirements and mentor team members. Proven interest in the digital media industry and knowledge of the programmatic landscape Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Spreadsheets, Pivot Tables, Key Formulas etc.) Digital experience within an operations team (trafficking/campaign management/programmatic activation) Experience of set up within the ad server (Campaign Manager 360/Sizmek/Flashtalking)

    Daily Tasks Will Include But Not Be Limited To

    • Campaign set-up and execution, including generating and testing ad tags for campaigns
    • Creation of Impression tags and Click trackers in Campaign Manager 360 across all channels
    • Creating Floodlight tags
    • Extensive knowledge and experience using Campaign Manager 360, DV360 and Google Analytics
    • Perform quality assurance checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that line items and creative have been set up correctly and are delivering across all platforms and devices
    • Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking and/or reporting; Communicate with vendors to ensure the proper set-up and deployment of campaigns; Liaise with the digital account team to ensure accurate reporting, optimization and fulfilment of campaign delivery;
    • Use best practices to pace budget and optimize for performance where necessary; Perform reconciliations between media plans and 3rd party ad delivery; Provide recommendations and solutions to quickly resolve technical issues; Identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase effectiveness and efficiencies
    • Report on campaign performance across all digital channels
    • managing the trafficking, delivery, optimizations, and reporting of digital ad campaigns for multiple publisher clients within a team environment

    Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of ad operations experience
    • Experience trafficking ads for desktop, mobile, and video platforms
    • Programmatic trafficking experience;
    • Campaign Manager trafficking experience
    • Must be technically adept within the digital ad space and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise
    • Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
    • Ability to collaborate well with teams and proactively manage multiple tasks

    QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

    • 5 years experience in digital industry or agency as a leading strategist with high level exposure and delivery of BX, CX, CRM
    • Experience in developing customer journeys or loyalty programmes
    • Track record of successfully delivering strategic transformation work for clients
    • Statistics or Data Analysis capability
    • SalesForce/Adobe or Marketing Automation platform experience would be advantageous
    • Plan and develop brand journey strategies in online and offline environments
    • Has a detailed understanding of marketing effectiveness and best-practice measurement and benchmarking
    • Able to extract and analyze data sources to improve consumer brand journeys and loyalty programs
