As a technical administration officer you will be tasked with the management and analysis of engineering data and the important task of ensuring action items are implemented. Below are some of the key responsibilities
Accurately input required information onto systems utilised.
Assist Engineering teams to prepare schedules, reports and spreadsheets that outline action items for each discipline within the Engineering department.
Developing an administrative system that is efficient and effective.
Analyse and communicate audit data as well as follow up on actionable items with relevant individuals
Have an understanding of data management and structures and implement best practices
Investigate and implement system improvement opportunities.
Build on technical experience to assist the teams in the analysis of information.
Collaborate with group functions to align reporting systems
Daily office administration is part of this portfolio i.e.: meetings, venue bookings budget reconciliations etc.
Qualifications:
Grade 12
Administration qualification with Technical Experience, or
Technical qualification with administration or Data Analytics experience
Knowledge &Skills required:
Min 5 years technical and administration experience within an engineering department at mines
Project document control and/or data management experience will be an advantage.
Highly proficient in Microsoft software (MS-Projects, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint)
Highly proficient in SAP PM
Knowledge and use of Power BI will be an advantage

Job Description:
As a Rehabilitation & Waste Dump Design Specialist, you will be responsible to:
Develop a master dump plan
Develop a master stockpile management plan
Assist the environmental team in developing and implementing the rehabilitation plan
Plan waste dumps fill for Medium to Long Term Mine Schedules
Measure operational compliance to dump plan
Complete haul road designs for dumps and stockpiles
Understand and be able to influence HME planning linked to waste dumps, rehabilitation, and mine schedules.
Meet mining objectives and conform to KIO mining standards, geotechnical and operational physical standards to ensure safe mining operations within legislative guidelines.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, environmental, occupational health and safety and risk management standards and best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement and asset optimisation initiatives to enhance mining processes.
Keep abreast of developments in the mine planning field to initiate and implement projects and improvement initiatives toward contributing to business profitability and growth.
Manage internal and external relations, to ensure that business needs are met
Manage a safe and healthy work environment where workers and contractor can deliver their outputs within a controlled risk environment.
Keep environmental impact within statutory requirements to ensure compliance to statutory requirements is met.

Responsible to control and monitor HME Fleet project total expenditure
Provide planning and cost control support for all HME projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing (contract payment terms), processes, etc
Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring
Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
Maintenance Budget Control (Reco Spares) as well as Financial Budget and Analyses
Participate in stakeholder engagements as relevant to discipline and act consistently with sustainability expectations

Job Description:
The focus of this role is to support the Work Management process by ensuring that all approved work is completed on time. The main functions will include:
Maintenance Scheduling
You will review the Work Order Task Status Report on a daily basis as well as schedule newly approved work and assist in setting the schedule as well as track upcoming work. This is to ensure that we minimize the impact on operating performance
Reporting
Weekly and monthly reporting, detailing scheduled versus actual maintenance activities and resource usage. You will require strong attention to detail in this position.
Technical
You will support the work management process by ensuring that all planned work is scheduled by the required date generated on the reports while keeping management informed and keeping well though out concise and timely oral and written information
Continuous improvement
This will include actively reviewing systems and procedures regularly to maximise effectiveness as well as ensuring the below key performance measures such as Operating models, compliance and governance
This role is in the Engineering Department at Band 7 and reports to the Planned Maintenance Coordinator Engineering
Qualifications:
Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science
Basic artisan Training Module (advantageous)

The focus for this role will be to:
Plan, Implement and coordinate the horizontal implementation of Integrated Risk Management to all aspects of the operations risk profile – SHE, finance, engineering, human resources, mining/production, etc.
Implement and coordinate the application of the AA PLC ORMP four layers of risk management at the operation: Baseline risk assessments; Project/change/issue based risk assessments; Task risk assessments; and Individual /continual/ face risk assessments.
Implement and Execute against the SHE Risk & Assurance supporting Processes, Systems and Standards and procedures. .
Implement and maintain an Operational Risk Register as well as Catastrophic Risk Profile in line with the Group Format, its Risk Profiles and targets.
Plan and Implement an Annual Operational Risk Assessment and Revision Program.
Advice the operation on the required skills development plan and program required to enhance the skills and competencies of employees and contractors to achieve excellence in Risk Assessment.
This role is in the She Department at a D1 level reporting to the Senior SHE Specialist SHE Management
Qualifications:
National Diploma in either Safety, Occupational Health & Environment or Higher;
Risk/hazard/legislative/assurance/audit qualifications will be advantageous.
Registration with professional bodies on OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 or ISO 9001, IOSM, etc., will be advantageous.
Courses in management systems (9001, 14001, 18001) would be advantageous.
Computer literate (Intermediate).
Experience required:
5-7 Years relevant Mining / Process / Engineering/ experience which should include developing, implementing, managing and auditing of SHE Risk Assessments and risk control initiatives and programs.
5-7 Years operational experience in Mining, Process or Engineering required.
Extensive knowledge and experience on multiple Risk Assessment Techniques: (BOW-TIE, WRAC/SWIFT, HAZOP, FMECA, AFRAD).
SHE Incident investigation (Loss Causation / ICAM / RCAT / SCAT / AICAT)
Experience in Safety, Occupational Health & Hygiene and Environmental Management.
