    Uniforms Administrator

    Minimum Requirements:

    • BCom degree (essential)
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or procurement experience
    • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
    • Experience with supplier ordering platforms (advantageous)
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Good with numbers, budgeting, and planning
    • Deadline-driven and well-organised
    • A strong understanding of Boxer’s culture and operational rhythm is advantageous

    Key Responsibilities:

    Budgeting & Forecasting

    • Compile and manage the annual uniform budget.
    • Monitor spend by store and enforce policy allocations.

    Order & Dispatch Management

    • Coordinate uniform and protective clothing orders for all sites, including new stores, ad hoc staff, and replacements.
    • Ensure timeous dispatch and delivery, reconciling stock on hand against minimum thresholds.
    • Train Regional Trainers and Admin Managers on uniform ordering processes.

    Supplier Liaison & Pricing

    • Handle queries with suppliers (short deliveries, back orders, delivery timelines).
    • Negotiate pricing and ensure compliance with Boxer procurement policies.

    Invoicing & Reconciliation

    • Prepare and submit detailed invoices for internal deduction or supplier payments.
    • Track and resolve variances, and ensure correct approvals and documentation.

    Query Resolution

    • Address internal queries regarding uniform supply, costs, deliveries, and policy.
    • Investigate salary deductions and short supply complaints.

    Team Supervision

    • Oversee day-to-day team activities, including leave management and task tracking.
    • Ensure high morale and KPI delivery.

    Regional DC Operations Compliance Manager - Gauteng Region

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Diploma in Quality Assurance or Food Technology (non-negotiable)
    • SAMTRAC and HIRA (advantageous)
    • At least 5 years’ experience in a warehousing compliance, food safety, or risk management role
    • Proficiency in OHS legislation, food safety frameworks, and internal audit processes
    • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary investigations and cross-site audits
    • High attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to influence at all levels
    • Valid driver’s license with extensive travel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the execution and continuous improvement of Supply Chain and Warehouse Food Safety protocols, including conducting product quality inspections, ensuring proper management and disposal of damaged or expired products, driving corrective actions from exception reports, and actively managing product incidents at the distribution center in collaboration with the Food Safety team.
    • Drive Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards, including internal audits, hazard identification, contractor safety compliance, fire drills, emergency preparedness, and statutory reporting.
    • Oversee Security risk management, including access control, CCTV oversight, theft investigation, guard performance, and service provider vetting.

    Confined Label Technologist

    Requirements

    • National Diploma in Food Technology/Analytical Chemistry/Packaging Technology (advantageous)
    • 3-5 years’ experience in the Food/Packaging Manufacturing Industry
    • In-depth understanding and interpretation of South African Legislative and Regulatory
    • 12 months’ experience in a similar role (advantageous)
    • Report writing skills
    • Drivers Licence

    Key Responsibilities

    • Must have a in-depth understanding of South African legislative and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to
    • Product requirements : 146 / Draft Reg. 3337/
    • Facility Requirements : R638/ FSSC 22000 current version / BRCGS current version/ GFSI Intermediate current version/ FSA
    • Legal Metrology Act
    • Co-ordinate confined label projects with internal and external stakeholders to maintain set timelines
    • Review product specifications completed by external stakeholders, against product specific legislative and regulatory requirements
    • Collate information aligned to S.A. Labelling requirements, and submit to design team for product label creation
    • Manage and communicate discrepancies on Confined Label Specifications to external stakeholders

    I.T. Support Technician

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Comptia A+ / N+ / MCSE (or equivalent qualification)
    • 1–2 years of experience in an IT support role

    Strong knowledge of:

    • Microsoft Windows (XP, 7, 10, 11)

    Continuous Improvements Officer

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
    • National Diploma or Certificate in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain – Preferred
    • 3 years’ experience in FMCG warehousing/distribution in a retail environment
    • Experience with WMS systems (e.g., HighJump), BOMM, Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency critical)
    • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis and process optimization

    • Facilitate weekly SOP reviews and ensure version control is accurate and auditable.
    • Provide ongoing training support on revised SOPs to ensure team alignment and compliance.

    Operational Standardisation & Compliance

    • Conduct weekly compliance checks across departments to ensure alignment with SOPs and eliminate process deviations.
    • Perform at least five spot-checks weekly to monitor adherence and address non-conformance within 48 hours.

    Change Management & System Efficiency

    • Support rollouts of change initiatives by managing documentation, team communication, readiness tracking, and Go-Live support.
    • Assist in identifying system inefficiencies and contribute to enhancement projects and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Submit monthly improvement ideas and provide feedback on test results and system bugs.

    Project Participation & Support

    • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, both large and small, each quarter.
    • Track project timelines, support documentation, report on impact, and ensure effective follow-through on action items.

    New DC Setups & Deployments

    • Assist in the launch of new distribution centres by uploading WMS master data, coordinating SOP rollouts, and supporting on-site Go-Live activities.
    • Review prior deployments to assess success, capture lessons learned, and recommend enhancements.

    Auditing, Quality Control & Data Analysis

    • Conduct quality control spot checks on inbound and outbound goods weekly.
    • Draft and audit at least two DC processes per month and identify risk areas with actionable recommendations.
    • Analyse operational data (e.g., sales orders, audit exceptions) to extract trends, identify inefficiencies, and support decision-making with meaningful reports.

    CI Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Submit weekly CI initiative reports, highlighting progress, risks, and critical blockers.
    • Attend CI and DC operational meetings, compile minutes, track follow-up actions, and ensure accountability.

    Innovation & Continuous Improvement

    • Identify at least two improvement opportunities per quarter and drive implementation of impactful solutions.
    • Gather frontline feedback and benchmark best-in-class practices to guide enhancements.
