    Delivery Claims Analyst

    Purpose of the Job

    Analyse the delivery claims logged against Engen to ensure that the claims comply with the agreed requirements between Engen and the dealer network.

    What you’ll have done before:

    Baseline:

    •  NQF 5 Qualification 
    •  At least 3 years of CSC experience 
    • Understanding of CSC Business Processes.
    •  Exceptional analytical skills.

    Advantageous:

    • Understanding of depot operations.
    •  Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity.
    • Exciting Challenges you might face in the role:
    • Trend analysis to identify any anomalies or recurring issues, so that these can be addressed timeously.
    • Stakeholder engagements to drive action and eliminate challenges.
    • Liaising with dealers to ensure that their submission complies with the Delivery Claims requirements. 

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Analyse the delivery claims logged against Engen to ensure that the claims comply with the agreed requirements between Engen and the dealer network.
    • Proactively communicating with stakeholders. 
    • Provide reporting on approved claims, credits due, trend analysis per BTO operator.

    Delivery Controller - Mossel Bay

    Purpose of the Job

    To ensure the safe, efficient and effective distribution of bulk petroleum fuels from the Depot/Terminal to the customer and provide a service of excellence to our customers by meeting SLA's and comply with all HSEQ requirements, policies and procedures and audit requirements

    Who You Are

    What you’ll have done before

    Baseline:

    • NQF level 5 – Higher Certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain or relevant qualification
    • 3 years’ experience in Depot Admin/ Transport Operations
    • Understanding of Engen bulk fuels movements within supply chain processes.

    Advantageous:

    • Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics
    • Knowledge of fuels distribution processes
    • Knowledge of fleet delivery operations
    • Knowledge of fuel facs process and systems
    • Exciting Challenges you might face in the role
    • Driving HSEQ compliance to ensure safety
    • Managing shift fatigue and performance
    • Effectively ensuring customer orders are fulfilled within service-level agreements (SLAs)
    • Managing fleet utilisation
    • Managing third party contractor relationships and ensuring their compliance to Engen’s standards, policies and standing instructions
    • Resolving customer complaints and issues

    What you’ll be doing

    • Ensuring optimal utilisation of company assets – right vehicle to appropriate customer/customer order
    • Ensuring equipment and asset utilisation as per spec (maintaining equipment and assets)
    • Overtime expenditure management in line with budget
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of timesheets
    • Interact with customers and service providers contractor interface
    • Provide internal support or ensuring contractor compliance
    • Identify development areas and enable initiatives to close out gaps
    • Live Engen’s values and uphold HSEQ  compliance
