What you have done:

Baseline:

• NQF Level 6 (National Diploma in Transport & Logistics or relevant qualification) 
• Professional Bulk truck Operator qualification-Learnership certificate
• 3 years in the Fuel industry with specific experience as Bulk Truck Operator
• 3 years Professional Bulk truck Operator 
• At least 3 years working with HSEQ policies and practices.

What you'll be doing:

Skills Assessments and Training

• Ensure that assessments/selection is completed as scheduled and in line with standing instructions and Learnership requirements.
• Conduct assessments as agreed and in line with required standards
• Ensure that assessments are conducted by accredited assessors.

Customer & Service provider interface

• Interact with customers and service providers.
• Provide internal support to the contractor.

Incident investigation

• Complete investigations in line with SI 423 requirements.
• Ensure reduced incident rate.
• Prepare and distribute reports as required (Dept. Of Transport accident report, BTO accident report).

Compliance

• Ensure compliance to PPE, STOP and comply to environmental regulations.
• Ensure that delivery vehicle operation in line with company and legislative requirement.

Feedback & Reporting

• Ensure enhancement to training materials after regular reviews.
• Report on variances between actual and plan resolved, make recommendations and take corrective actions

Training material development

• Develop training content in line with current unit standards and agree with developers and SETA accredited providers.
• Ensure alignment with business and legislative requirements.
• Ensure sign off by process owner and SME as per agreed standards.

What You'll Have Done Before

Baseline:

• NQF level 7 (Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, computer engineer, data engineer)
• 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, IT technical role
• 5 years SAP related experience directly linked to Master Data Management, SAP reports and queries, 
• Experience with SAP Data Services and or SQL Databases.
• Experience working with SAP Information Steward
• Extensive experience with a coding language preferably SQL and Information Steward scripting language
• Experience with modelling ERDs, dataflows and data lineages
• Ability to conduct training and prepare training material

Advantageous:

• CDMP certification Preferred
• Experience working with Senior Management and stakeholders at various levels.  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity

• Proactively managing data quality scorecards and reporting on exceptions
• Building relationships with internal customers to enable ownership & self-help mindset 
• Promoting and operationalizing data standards and processes
• Developing enterprise data models and data flows to ensure data relationships are understood 
• Creating more user reports & dashboards for decision making  
• You’ll be collaborating with implementation teams for systems & integration solutions  
• Soliciting data quality requirements from business stakeholders for data quality management
• Providing training Internal training on SQL and coding practices 
• Providing stakeholder training on data quality and information steward
