    Business Development Manager

    • We are looking for a results-oriented and highly driven candidate who has proven experience in bringing in new business, growing the sales pipeline, being able to establish and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts and working cross functionally within the business. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who has earned their stripes in the agency, B2B space.

    Job Description:

    • New Business Development
    • Account management
    • Meet sales targets and margin management 
    • Generating new business through existing and new client networks
    • Meeting, tracking and managing monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration
    • Utilising data and insights to enhance service offerings to customers, while growing your customer base

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • Minimum 5 yrs New Business Development experience in a B2B environment
    • POS / display selling (advantageous)
    • Degree in Sales/Business/Similar is essential.
    • Solid sales and strategic/commercial acumen
    • Experience in new market identification and penetration
    • Agency background is highly advantageous

    Skills Required:

    • Analytical, organised, and comfortable with managing admin tasks and process adherence
    • Strong with administration within the sales process and customer management
    • Target driven and performance orientated
    • A firm understanding of the commercial world

    Account Manager

    Who we are looking for

    • We have an amazing opportunity for a mid-level Account Manager based at our Johannesburg office to join our growing team and work with some of the world's leading brands.  
    • We are looking for a hands-on, customer-centric, target-driven Account Manager, who has a passion for delivering customer delight and growing market share. 
    • The successful Account Manager will not be afraid to get their hands dirty and walk the hard yards when necessary in order to achieve the best outcome for our clients and our business.
    • If you are interested in bringing a unique and unexpected perspective into our customers’ businesses; if you are interested not in selling features and benefits of our products but in providing insights into opportunities the customer had not realised even existed, then we want to hear from you.

     Key accountabilities: 

    • Fostering customer relationships to deliver the best possible outcome for all
    • Meeting performance targets (commercial KPIs)
    • Excellence in Account Management and customer service
    • Understanding the world of BTL and (preferably) in-store
    • Account planning and management 
    • Stakeholder management
    • Managing briefs from concept to completion
    • Performance Reporting (commercial)

    Requirements

    • B.Comm degree or any related Tertiary Business Science studies qualification / Sales & Marketing qualification
    • 3-5 years selling experience B2B
    • 3-5 years experience in an Account Management role
    • Experience in team dynamics (has worked as part of team environment / cross functional teams)
    • Understanding of and ability to do market research (competitors, clients, landscape etc)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • P.O.S / display selling (advantageous)
    • Analytical, organised and comfortable with managing tasks and process adherence
    • Strong with administration within the sales process and customer management
    • A firm understanding of commerce (the sales world)
    • Agency experience of managing blue chip accounts
