    Store Manager - Adidas Rustenburg

    JOB PURPOSE

    Ensures that overall sales and profitability goals for the store are met by 1) providing training to all associates; 2) assisting the Store Manager in the development of staff in compliance with adidas Retail growth objectives; 3) overseeing the daily operation of the store and assuring compliance with adidas Retail policy and procedure.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Supports the Store Manager by implementing and maintaining a staff structure that minimizes payroll expense and increases productivity,
    • Assists the Store Manager by evaluating employees’ performance on a day-to-day basis
    • Perform or assist in the completion of all documentation associated with applicants, new hires, and payroll.
    • Effectively utilize customer service, training, educational tools, and communication to develop staff in relation to adidas Retail goals.

    Director CTC & MOPS

    Purpose

    • Lead and steer the creation of the optimal omni-channel product range across all categories and channels in South Africa.
    • Drive range architecture and market segmentation to deliver a robust Category plan in the Cluster and ensure all Brand and Channel KPI targets are met.
    • Be the lead representative for South Africa CTC to EM CTC&BUs and other markets CTC.

    Order Book Fulfillment Specialist

    Purpose:

    Ensures that the order book of South Africa is delivered accordingly to sales on time and in full to the customers requested date. As part of the order fulfillment team, you will work closely with supply chain team, DC Ops teams, Sales Channels and cross functional departments in order to manage the order book and ensure proper service levels and on time delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Directs and coordinates the process covering selection, delivery of the products to the local customers.

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

    • To be responsible for managing product life cycles from entry to exit
    • To drive the productivity of stock movements in relation to delivery receiving and transfers

    PURPOSE & IMPACT ON ORGANIZATION:

    • Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by:
    • Ensuring efficient and effective global visual merchandising direction implementation in assigned stores.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Communication:
