    Service Desk Advisor

    ​​​​Call reception and ticket logging

    • Answers Calls and Chats professionally with a focus on accurate data capture and excellent customer service.
    • Ensures that the information gathered is accurate and clearly documented.
    • Assesses the Impact and Urgency of a ticket with the customer to ensure the correct priority is set for every ticket logged.
    • Uses all available knowledge support and tool support to allocate tickets correctly first time, every time to drive efficient and rapid ticket resolution targets.

    Lead Engineer

    Purpose of the job:

    • We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to assist in the delivery and management of technical projects within our product and platform teams.

    Service Assurance Coordinator

    Purpose of the job

    • Reporting to the Service Assurance Manager, the Service Assurance Coordinator is an important role within the Service Management Office (SMO). Driving quality and focusing on continuous improvement of our services, is a key deliverable of this role and is there to support the key objectives of the SMO.

    • The Group Reporting Team is committed to providing robust financial information with meaningful insight and driving ongoing enhancements to financial reporting processes and financial controls.

    Senior Campaign Manager

    Purpose of the job

    • We are seeking a strategically minded, delivery-focused Senior CRM Campaign Manager to lead the operations, planning, and performance of our global CRM communications function.     Role Objectives

    As Senior CRM Campaign Manager, you will be expected to:

    Accountant- UAT (6 Months Fixed Term Contract)

    Purpose of the job
