    In our Service Group Consumables, we bundle all components that are “consumed” or worn out during the regular running of equipment and require predictable replenishment. Through our engineering, design, and materials expertise we can make a big impact on increasing the productivity of our customers’ operations. The Consumables team will work closely with Operations on developing the right supply chain and manufacturing, drivers of quality and protection of intellectual property.

    As Global Service Line Manager you will be responsible for the global OI, Revenue and EBITA profit and loss for the Service Line including the strategic positioning on the market and optimization of the supply chain regarding quality and cost.

    Your responsibilities

    • Create and execute the strategy for the Service Line in collaboration with the regional Sales teams.
    • Design wear solutions that can deliver exceptional products to existing and new customers
    • Manage the engineering function related to the products within the Service Line.
    • Collaborate with Product & System business line managers to identify differentiation potential through enhanced wear parts offerings
    • Work closely with Operations on developing the right supply chain and manufacturing, drivers of quality and protection of intellectual property
    • Lead Service Line team in accordance with corporate leadership values, instilling a culture of accountability, ongoing development, and ensuring employee engagement.

    What you bring

    • Considerable experience building and leading aftermarket organization
    • Leadership of a globally dispersed team with a mix of “shop floor” and “leaders”
    • Ability to turn insights into actions, creating and executing an implementation plan
    • Capability to work in a global matrix organization
    • Exposure in B2B E-commerce business in industry (highly regarded)

    Global Training and Curriculum Specialist, (Chloorkop)

    Your responsibilities

    • Creates equipment training curriculum to be used by trainers globally.
    • Curriculum includes presentation material, facilitator guides, assessments and participant reference handbooks, and supporting e-learning modules.
    • Displays deep understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory in creation of training materials and assessments.
    • Presents training to customers and internal employees. 
    • Demonstrates experience in working with and understanding FLS crushing and grinding equipment.
    • Ability to work powerfully and effectively with global subject matter experts.
    • Ability to adapt curriculum to customers and internal learners.
    • Creates competency assessments that are valid and reliable for external and internal technicians.
    • Trains and tracks effectiveness of trainers worldwide in the use of standardized curriculum.
    • Develop training material and support documentation to meet the learning requirements of training participants using a range of blended learning techniques.
    • Ability to create learning materials to meet rigorous, reliable, and valid equipment and safety certification standards.

    What you bring

    • 3-5 years of administering technical training programs and curriculum.
    • Deep understanding and practice of instructional design and adult learning theory principles.
    • Proficiency in content creation platforms including Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel), Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
    • Technical experience and aptitude in mechanical technology and mining process and equipment.
    • Strong technical writing background with mechanical aptitude. 
    • Ability to plan and develop world class material working with a team of technical and educational experts.
    • Deep passion for excellence in all phases of the training process, from needs analysis to follow-up…your passion for training done right should be easy to detect and contagious.
    • Ability to engage learners in in-person presentation, curriculum and resource development, and online learning scenarios.
    • Creativity; bring new training ideas to the table that no one has thought of yet to better engage, support, and develop skill-sets of learners.
