    Strategic Sales and Marketing Manager/Partner

    Job Description
    R60 000 – R80 000 per month
     
    Kontak Recruitment is currently recruiting and hiring for a Strategic Sales and Marketing Manager/Partner vacancy based in the Durban. The Strategic Sales and Marketing Manager/Partner will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objections to develop a sales and marketing strategy to take service to market to designated demographics. Previously experience within the property rental, rent to buy, real estate industry would be ideal and highly beneficial
     
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Sales, Marketing or Communications

     
    EXPERIENCE

    • 6-8 years of marketing & Sales experience
    • Experience at management level and reporting to Exco
    • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or Business
    • A strong multi-tasker who enjoys working on several projects at a time.
    • Creative and likes to think out of the box but knows how to stay on task and get things finished.
    • Comfortability working independently and collaboratively
    • Previous experience within the property rental, rent to buy, real estate industry would be ideal and highly beneficial.

     

    • Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
    • Develops the Marketing Plans to meet the objectives.
    • Perform and evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
    • Developing a sales and marketing strategy and identifying demographics of target market and taking service to market to designated demographics.
    • Oversees all marketing, advertising, promotional material development and suppliers and activities across all business marketing exercises and multiple sites.

     
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING AND BRAND MANAGER:

    • Responsible for the marketing of services tailored exclusively to the industry and for multiple sites.
    • Support product launch and roll out with strategic communication plans throughout PR and social and online channels.
    • Managing the effective delivery of brand strategy and marketing initiatives including brand image, press, social media, online and influencer activation.
    • Demonstrate technical marketing skills and product knowledge of CRM System.
    • Develop tactical marketing strategies and plan in conjunction with sales department
    • Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget.
    • Manage development and delivery of marketing initiatives for multiple sites.
    • The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for sales both in traditional and online and its programs across all available media.
    • Specifying market requirements for current and future products/services by conducting market research supported by on-going engagement with customers and non-customers.
    • Implementation of brand go-to-market plan for new and existing products working with all departments to execute.
    • Liaising with multiple sites for printing, media placement and promotional goods.
    • Managing and coordinating with internal platform providers and advertising agency partners.
    • Overseeing all Marketing, Studio, PR and Procurement staff
    • Driving Brands and Brand Reputation through PR Strategies.
    • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results to line manager and wider product rollout team.
    • Research and reporting on in country pricing and contributing to the development of pricing strategy for multiple sites.

    Job Description
    R8000 – R10 000 per month
     
    HR Administration

    • Processing records and all onboarding documentation

    HR Functions

    • Collate and prepare and submit monthly payroll documentation
    • Create and maintain employee files

    HR people system and process maintenance

    • Loading new employees, maintaining records

    HR service

    • General enquiries and escalations
    • Reporting and projects, maintaining databases
    • Generating reports

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12
    • Relevant HR or Business Administration Diploma/Degree
