    Fixed Term - Talent Acquisition Practitioner

    Minimum Criteria

    • 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition (mining, industrial, or project-based sectors preferred)
    • Proven recruitment success across African markets (Zambia & Ethiopia advantageous)
    • Strong experience managing project ramp-up hiring timelines
    • Fluency in English (French and/or Amharic is a plus)
    • Immediate or 2-week availability
    • Access to local offshore talent pools in Zambia & Ethiopia is advantageous
    • Expertise in compliant end-to-end recruitment processes is essential

    Process Section Supervisor - Aggeneys

    Qualification Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • National Certificate Mineral Processing Level 2 or equivalent Mineral Processing qualification will be advantageous

    Experience and Skills Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience as process operator
    • Time management skills
    • Supervisory skills
    • English Language proficiency
    • Production plant experience essential
    • Computer literacy

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Continuously monitor process equipment and liaise the control room and shift supervisor
    • Plan and Perform maintenance activities
    • Enforce compliance with the company rules and legislation.
    • Comply with company rules and regulations
    • Supervise and manage attendants and operators.
    • Implement and maintain high housekeeping standard.
    • Ensure production targets are met according to the specified standards.
    • Conduct Inspections in the workplace and report deviations.
    • Conduct visual inspections of the working area to ensure workplace safety
    • Report all incidents/accidents on shift

    Senior Instrument Technician

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and improve all PLC, SCADA and MMI systems
    • Program software to a standardised format, well-structured code and ensure that it is properly documented
    • Maintain and improve the network and software security
    • Installs and commissions new equipment and systems in line with set standards
    • Performs detailed design, device programming, configuration and calibration on equipment to the set parameters
    • Maintains equipment and systems to optimize performance and availability
    • Inspects / monitors equipment and systems and takes appropriate corrective action
    • Assesses equipment and recommends for decommissioning and disposal in line with set Company standards
    • Manages and monitors stock levels to ensure availability of critical spares
    • Collects and analyses data on the system and equipment to ensure compliance to standards
    • Maintains records and ensures they are up-to-date and accurate
    • Identifies, plans and executes Control & Instrumentation projects in line with accepted project management principles
    • Consults with production teams on maintenance activities that affect production
    • Supports the achievement of equipment/ machine availability and production performance levels
    • Ensures that maintenance related information is recorded and reported to the relevant planning office to support the planned maintenance /asset maintenance system

    Qualification Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
    • National Diploma S4 Electrical Engineering – Light/ Medium voltage with Industrial Instrumentation subject (or higher qualification, e.g. HND / BTech) and the relevant Trade Test Certificate; or
    • Relevant Trade Test Certificate section 13 Trade Test / Section 26(D) as Instrument Mechanician with N4 – N6
    • Valid driver’s licence code B, EB or C1

    Experience and Skills Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years’ experience as an Instrument Technician in an automated processing Plant related experience
    • Programming and networking experience in a heavily instrumented plant
    • Ability to read and understand instrumentation engineering drawings and to program to standards using structured logic
    • Ability to read and understand instrumentation engineering drawings and to program to standards using structured logic
    • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) hardware, software, programming and fault-finding expertise
    • Knowledge and experience in electrical installations, MCC layouts and electrical equipment
    • SCADA, and other HMI hardware, software, programming and fault-finding expertise
    • Experience in PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider) including programming
    • Experience in ASCII installations
    • Experience on VSDs
    • Experience in simocodes
    • Knowledge of belt scale calibration and maintenance; actuated control valves; magnetic flow meters and different types of level control instruments
    • Must be able to work in confined spaces and at heights
    • Must be familiar with risk assessment procedures
    • Not colour blind
    • English language proficiency
    • Time management skills
