    Senior Financial Manager

    Description

    This is a permanent full-time role as a Senior Financial Manager. Must have CIMA, ICAS, ACCA, or qualified by experience, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. The role is on-site.

    If you have experience developing finance processes and providing the direction and leadership for the finance function in order to deliver a high performing finance team then this role is for you. The role includes the following responsibilities:

    • Management and Development of Finance function to deliver a high-performing team.
    • Oversee Annual Budgets and Quarterly Re-forecasts at the group level for review and sign-off with the CEO.
    • Oversee and Manage Group Monthly Financial Performance to ensure Budget commitments are being delivered.
    • Oversee and Manage Group Cashflow to ensure that this is in line with business requirements.
    • Oversee and Manage Group investment.
    • Seek out ways to deliver on Financial Opportunities and mitigation for Financial Risks holding stakeholders accountable for their actions.
    • Implement and update financial policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that all company financial policies are up to date and in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
    • Create and Maintain relationships with external stakeholders of the business.
    • Provide overall Commercial Support to business.

    Requirements: 

    •  Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
    •  CIMA, ICAS, ACCA, or Qualified by Experience.
    •  Previous experience in financial modelling.
    •  Experience in Group Consolidation to Balance Sheet & Cashflow position.
    •  Statutory Accounting Experience for group companies.

    Reporting Analyst

    Will Be Responsible For

    • Managing master data, including creation, updates and deletion thereof
    • Collecting data from various sources and develop, prepare and distribute reports to the business
    • Ensure the quality and accuracy of property data and filter and "clean" data used for reports
    • Highlighting problem areas and proposing recommended actions to business areas based on the analysis and interpretation of the data and reports
    • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and analysis processes.
    • Working with the management team to establish business needs

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Statistics or related degree/ diploma
    • Working experience as a data report analyst, data analyst or business data analyst will be advantageous.
    • Experience in data models and reporting packages (Power BI/ Qlik (desirable).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to analyse and interpret numbers and data
    • Ability to organise datasets and create pivots and graphs in MS Excel or Power BI or Qlik
    • 3 years minimum experience in a similar role

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Manager to join our call center, specializing in Motor Related Insurance and Non-Insurance Value Added Products and Services. As our Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business as usual proceedings of our call center, with the team leaders reporting to you. You will play a crucial role in driving the performance of our business, ensuring accountability, maintaining a positive culture, and optimizing operations for success.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of maintaining the mood and momentum of the sales floor, creating and sustaining a positive culture where team members can thrive.
    • Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to our team leaders, supporting them in meeting targets and exceeding performance expectations.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, and being accountable for the monthly outcomes.
    • Analyze and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing data-driven insights to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and implement strategies to enhance call center operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
    • Willing to be present at extended times to oversee weekly marathons and Saturday shifts when the need demands it.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or similar role in a call center environment, preferably in the motor insurance or related industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving targets and driving success.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate team members.
    • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization.
    • Results-driven and accountable, with a track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
    • RE5 preferred but not required.
    • Qualification in insurance field preferred but not required.
    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field will be prioritized. but not required.
    • Familiarity with motor insurance and non-insurance value-added products and services is a plus.
