Risk & Quality:
Bi-monthly Risk Management reporting for Archiving stats and A&C Assessments Overdue & Due using PowerBI/Workbench (A&C - fix naming conventions)
Paper file management cleanup
Ongoing data compliance monitoring
Perform information security checks
Assist Partners with their training transcript administration for CPD compliance.
Assist partners with submission of hours to IRBA
External events & conferences:
IFRS electronic invites & management of Client registrations
Clients creation, project codes create in ServiceNow, Invoicing and payment management (follow up on outstanding billings and confirm receipts)
Logging of VAT update requests, name and or address change requests etc
Using Engagement Management Automation / EM Bot or Chatbot (EMA)

Responsibilities
The xBOS Process analyst is working on xBOS system implementation and system update projects with the following responsibilities:
Logistical arrangements and content preparation for process workshops
Setting up meetings, invites and agendas.
Preparing a repository of relevant source material prior to the workshop.
Contextualising current knowledge and basic understanding from source documentation onto a conceptual “white board
Scribe for process workshops
Documenting workshop outcomes and next steps
Wrapping up informal notes and whiteboard content into a standard process flow document
Amending and updating such documentation as requested by the xBOS process lead subsequent to his/her review.
Facilitate feedback and sign-off of future state designs as well as any interim “ways of work” documentation.
Engage all stakeholders to ensure that stakeholders review and sign-off.
Maintain a register of document approvals
Manage document versions
Ensure that the final approved document / process flow / process design is shared and available to all stakeholders.
Maintain a website / process repository of all approved xBOS process designs ( for Africa)

JOB PURPOSE
To support PwC Africa’s Digitise our business strategy as it pertains to “embedding BOS” into our business operations: support the BOS change and improvement lead in the change programs as it pertains to the roll out of other global digital solutions from the global BPM team into our operations, the management and execution of the change programs and support the lead to drive the benefit realisation of the BOS platform.
A. JOB PROFILE
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
The incumbent will be part of the PwC Digital Transformation team who implements the digital strategy across 17 countries in Africa, each with its own unique and complex challenges and success drivers.
Identify and socialise with the BOS Change and Improve lead any changes, including improvements, new functionality and integrations related to the BOS platform, on global and territory (Africa) level, that impacts the business.
Develop a change management plan based on the change strategy as agreed with the BOC CI lead using stakeholder analyses in the countries/groups being impacted by the change – and help plan securing its buy-in from all strategic stakeholders across PwC Africa.
Work with BOS architecture representative in Africa Technology, BOS Africa support team and BOS Africa process architect to ensure global BPM changes are incorporated in local designs and documentation and facilitate review by all parties.
Work with the BOS Change and Improvement lead to conduct readiness assessments, and prepare findings for presentation to leadership in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
Prepare a change management approach and methodology for the people side of change to present and agree with the BOS Change and Improvement lead.
Ensure execution of the change management initiatives, including the design and execution of the communications plan and messaging to the Africa practice surrounding the project implementation, a sponsor roadmap, coaching plan and training plan, according to the ADKAR framework (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement).
Identify potential people-related risks and anticipated points of resistance, and present solutions or ideas to mitigate or address the concerns to the BOS CI lead.
Coach Change Champions assigned to projects including supporting them remotely.
Prepare communication for country leaders on changes impacting on the current operational environment, and work with project teams to develop materials (QRCs, Elearns, etc) to help the implementation of the change and integrate the change management activities into the overall project plans.
Work across all Lines of Services -Tax, Assurance, PCS, and Advisory & Internal Firm Services in each of the countries in Africa and develop knowledge of projects to identify opportunities for change and discuss these with the BOS CI lead as potential projects.
Support the BOS Support team lead with the implementation of the changes, helping present and train the support team.

Full time internal data and analytics project manager. An internal data analytics transformation role reporting to the Africa Chief Digital Officer (CDO). The candidate will be involved in and support the execution of a number of strategic data analytics transformation projects plus driving the adoption of certain data technology products. The candidate will also be involved in the design and implementation of various aspects of the data analytics transformation strategy working with business unit leaders across the Africa Territory. A smaller percentage of the role requires the candidate to support the operations (finance, people matters) of the digital team.
