    Senior Consultant: Revenue Accounting

    RESPONIBILITIES:

    • Review executed contracts and create customers, deals and incentives in the Contra Revenue System (CRS)
    • Accomplish timely, accurate close of the CRS sub ledger and Oracle general ledger including creation and review of journal entries
    • Identify and prepare manual journal entries through the analysis of close results, trends and actual to budget/forecast
    • Prepare and review general ledger account reconciliations
    • Perform detailed review of rebate and incentive payment requests including contract review and validation of driver data to various internal systems
    • Prepare and approve rebate and incentive payments with proper supporting documentation
    • Provide overall support and customer service to business partners located throughout the organization
    • Recommend, develop and implement process improvements to improve accounting operational efficiency, quality of output and optimize synergies
    • Monitor performance indicators to track progress against goals
    • Perform various ad-hoc reporting, analysis or projects, as needed
    • Partner with financial systems regarding CRS requirements, data, reporting, and functionality
    • Support SOX control compliance
    • Other duties as required

    Requirements:

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum requirement: B. Comm or equivalent
    • Completed SAICA articles preferred
    • Solid Corporate Accounting experience
    • Experience in E-Commerce or FinTech industries
    • Multinational experience preferred
    • Shared Services environment experience preferre

    HR Administrator

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Draft offer letter, remuneration structures, employment contracts, provident fund forms and medical aid forms for all new employees
    • Liaise with Provident Fund service provider
    • Manage the drafting and record keeping of all job profiles, with the assistance of the HR consultant
    • Review & assist with the drafting of company policies & procedures
    • Maintain electronic personnel filing system; ensure all records are kept up to date
    • Administer recruitment process
    • Manage staff training
    • Draft notification on grievances, warnings, disciplinary hearings and retrenchments
    • Scheduling, administration and record keeping of performance appraisals, drafting of documents and KPIs
    • Manage exit process
    • Manage personnel leave system
    • Manage & maintain payroll system
    • Compile agendas and minutes
    • Report on HR related information for BBBEE purposes

    Requirements:

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Solid HR transactional experience
    • HR qualification
    • Code B Drivers License &  Own transport
    • Advanced MS Office
    • Knowledge of employment legislation - LRA, BCEA and any new implemented legislation
    • Excellent organisational, writing & interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
