    Point of Sales (Counter Sales)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, providing product recommendations and support.
    • Process sales transactions, including handling cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
    • Manage inventory levels at the counter and restock shelves as necessary.
    • Maintain a clean and organized counter area to ensure a welcoming environment.
    • Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and escalate issues as needed.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to meet store sales goals.
    • Track customer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
    • Operate the POS system, including price scanning, returns, and exchanges.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 1-2 years of counter sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
    • Skills: Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Attributes: Friendly, customer-focused, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks, adhering to quality standards.
    • Operate coffee-making equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, and milk frothers, with precision and care.
    • Ensure consistent coffee quality by following standard operating procedures for extraction, temperature, and milk frothing.
    • Engage with customers, take orders, and provide expert advice on coffee options and flavors.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning equipment and tools daily.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: Barista certification or relevant training in coffee preparation is required.
