    Director of Sustainability – Africa

    Position Overview:

    As Coca-Cola Africa’s Director of Sustainability, you bring extensive experience and leadership to guide our ambitious sustainability agenda. Reporting into the Senior Director of Sustainability in Africa, you'll support in paving the way in implementing wide-ranging initiatives focused on water security, waste management, climate resilience, and economic empowerment.     Education Requirements:

    • Extended studies in Climate Studies, Social Entrepreneurship, Environmental Law, or Carbon Management highly regarded..

    Related Work Experience:

    • Demonstrable leadership experience in the field of sustainability. You should have at least 10 years of executive level experience, and a record of success in managing extensive, high-impact sustainability projects. Your professional trajectory may span multiple sectors such as management consultancy, NGOs, impact investing firms, or global corporates.

    Strategy Senior Manager

    About the role

    This position provides guidance, leadership and direction for contracts and categories affecting millions in annual spend.  This role will work with key members of our Supply Chain teams to ensure that all sourcing initiatives and strategies are aligned with business requirements.  We’re looking for an individual that has keen negotiating skills and an ability to drive results that effect the bottom line.

    What You’ll Do for Us 

    • Management of supplier relationships and contracting across multiple regions, acting as subject matter expert for manufacturing contracts which includes knowledge of market capabilities, economic cost drivers, supplier financials and market competition.
    • Negotiate, implement, and manage long-term strategic contracts to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply and develop a pipeline of qualified potential contract manufacturers capable of meeting the current and future business requirements of the business.
    • Develop and implement procurement processes inclusive of short- and long-term category strategy development and execution of market RFPs.
    • Develop, prioritize and manage cost savings through productivity and continuous improvement initiatives within area of responsibility.

    Senior Manager, IT Governance & PMO – Africa

    Position Overview: 

    We are in search of a Senior Manager, IT Governance & PMO, Africa, who will be based in Johannesburg and be part of the Global Digital Services team.  

    This role is key in the development and implementation of a comprehensive IT governance framework with improved business process across enterprise. The position will also be responsible for ensuring that Digital Services initiatives align with the company's overall business strategy, and committed work is delivered.  

    The assigned person will be a part of the global governance community to share best practice & create transparency across the network.  

    What You’ll Do for Us: 

    The Senior Manager, IT Governance & PMO key responsibilities are:  

    Governance  

    • Establish operating routines to ensure the organization is running effectively and efficiently to meet agreed objectives.   
    • Ensure global PMO tools, processes & agile methodologies are deployed and used consistently.   
    • Partner with colleagues across operating unit and functional teams to ensue projects and products are delivered by leveraging existing work rather than building solutions in silos

    Financial Management 

    • Own stewardship of all financials associated with projects and operations.

    • Collaborate with Global Digital Services Lead, business teams, digital product teams, and IT delivery teams to develop the overall strategy and approach to facilitate digital services that deliver business value and quality client experiences for the Operating Unit.     • Manage the execution and delivery of assigned portfolio of special projects.

    Qualifications & Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent required  
    • 5+ of IT leadership and/or management experience  
    • Data, Digital or IT Product Management and Agile/ DevOps experience

    Data & Analytics Manager

    The key responsibilities are:

    Analyze business analytical requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, data need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with stakeholders, analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs.

    Develops data analytics products (new data ingestion, data processing ETL, data enhancements, master data, data integration). Connect business processes to data product functionality and ensure the reuse, integration, maintainability and efficiency.

    Local Jewels Category Manager

    What You’ll Do for Us 

    • Lead the development of short-mid-long term growth strategies and represent business plans for FSSD portfolios across the brands in Africa, setting the agenda, vision, business objectives & financial targets: mainly in charge of the local jewels brands, but can expand its responsibility across Flavors brands.

    RGM Capability & Insights Senior Manager-Africa

    Position overview :

    We are seeking a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Capability & Analytics Manager, to join our dynamic team in Africa Operating Unit. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years experience, demonstrating a combination of strong cross-functional & strategic leadership skills to drive our system capabilities agenda to the next level, as well as solid analytical skills encompassing a range of analytical tools and techniques (ideally with beverage or FMCG industry experience).
