    Spitz Store Admin Manager - Hazyview

    Main Purpose:

    The successful individual will be responsible for the store administration function and will be an assistant to the Store Manager.

    Line Manager: Store Manager

    Subordinates: Stockroom Controller and Cashiers (applicable to big stores)

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Ensuring the adherence to policies and procedures as per the Spitz administration in policy
    • Managing the cash and stock control of the store
    • Caretaking the store and staff in the absence of the Store Manager
    • Ensuring the world-class service of Spitz customers

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 4 years’ retail experience
    • 1-year administration management experience with at least 4 years’ working experience

    Qualifications:

    • Complete Matric / Grade 12
    • Tertiary Retail Qualification will be to your advantage

    Main Purpose:

    To manage a store so that the brand integrity and profitability are upheld, by ensuring our discerning customers are consistently delighted. 

    Line Manager: Regional Manager

    Subordinates: All Flexi timers and permanent staff within the store 

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • To achieve the annual sales budget through meeting and exceeding daily and monthly budgets to ensure the sustainability of the business
    • To manage and control the financial aspects of running the store to ensure store profitability
    • To adhere to merchandising standards in line with the brand requirements to ensure good product mix
    • To ensure proper stock management and control to minimise loss and to ensure product availability
    • To deliver the best customer service to ensure the best customer experience
    • To build excellent relationships with all relevant service providers (internal and external)
    • To manage human resources effectively by recruiting, planning and administrating payroll properly
    • To inspire, motivate, develop and hold people accountable appropriately 

    Minimum Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Complete Matric/Grade 12
    • Tertiary Retail Qualification will be to your advantage

    Project Coordinator (FTC)

    An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Coordinator (FTC) at NATIONAL BRANDS LIMITED Isando, Biscuits.  The successful incumbent will be responsible to assist the Projects Department with the planning and implementation of multiple projects within a manufacturing environment in order to effect capacity enabling changes in the plants. A proven track record in handling multiple projects concerning plant equipment is essential for success in this role                                                                                                                    

    Line Manager: Site Project Manager

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Liaise with suppliers concerning the design and manufacture of equipment
    • Installation of Capital Projects.
    • Ensure project installations meet the proposed requirements and standards for National Brands Limited.
    • Management of Contractors and internal resources.
    • Project progress reporting.
    • Co-ordinate the activities associated with the management of SHE in the department.
    • Assist in the preparation of capital vote applications.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience:                                                                   

    • Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in FMCG

    Qualifications:

    • Millwright or Fitting Trade with a minimum of N4

     Additional Requirements:

    • Willingness to work overtime

    Competencies:

    • Strong technical attributes in Mechanical and Electrical Fitting.
    • Equipment installation experience.
    • MS Office, MS Projects, AutoCAD and Shopware will be an advantage.

    Quality And Assurance Manager

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Responsible for overall Quality Assurance and Control Management on site
    • Ensuring the effective operation of the Integrated Management System for the site (FSSC and HACCP)
    • Managing the Food Safety System – AIB standard
    • Responsible for the spec compliance quality measuring process and reporting thereof
    • Identify and implement Improvement Opportunities related to product quality
    • Implementation of Quality Procedures and Standards on site.
    • Ensure correctness of product specifications and compliance to set standards/specifications on Raw Material and Packaging
    • Manage and resolve customer complaints
    • Conduct Internal systems and process audits
    • Conduct Supplier Audits against the AIB standard
    • Liaise with suppliers on quality and technical issues
    • Manage the cleaning and pest control contract
    • Operational budgeting and cost control
    • Competency development of teams, including mentoring and coaching
    • Managing industrial relations 

    Minimum Requirements:

    Qualifications and Experience:                                      

    • Tertiary qualification in Food Science is essential
    • At least 8 years’ experience in Quality
    • At least 4 years’ experience as a Quality Manager within the FMCG / Food Production Industry.
    • Knowledge of FSSC 22000 and AIB
