Main Purpose:

Line Manager: Store Manager
Subordinates: Stockroom Controller and Cashiers (applicable to big stores)

- Ensuring the adherence to policies and procedures as per the Spitz administration in policy
- Managing the cash and stock control of the store
- Caretaking the store and staff in the absence of the Store Manager

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years’ retail experience
- 1-year administration management experience with at least 4 years’ working experience

- To manage human resources effectively by recruiting, planning and administrating payroll properly

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years’ Store Management experience
- Minimum of 8 years' Retail experience
- Experience in working in a large retail store with a turnover of more than R 20 million per annum

- Tertiary Retail Qualification will be to your advantage

The successful incumbent will be responsible to assist the Projects Department with the planning and implementation of multiple projects within a manufacturing environment in order to effect capacity enabling changes in the plants. Additional Requirements:

Competencies:
- Strong technical attributes in Mechanical and Electrical Fitting.
- Equipment installation experience.
- MS Office, MS Projects, AutoCAD and Shopware will be an advantage.

- Ensuring the effective operation of the Integrated Management System for the site (FSSC and HACCP)
- Managing the Food Safety System – AIB standard
