    Lead- Employee Experience & Internal Communications

    Job Description

    We are currently on a search for a Lead-Employee Experience & Internal Communications whose main function will be to enhance the overall employee experience through the design, execution of strategic events and initiatives. This position requires a blend of creativity, project management, and HR expertise to create a positive and engaging work environment that fosters employee satisfaction, promoting the organizations values and culture and managing the overall success of the organization.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy aligned with the organization's goals and values.
    • Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including but not limited to team-building activities, Long Service Awards, employee recognition programs, town hall meetings, and wellness initiatives from start to finish.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a sense of belonging within the organization focusing on Employee Engagement surveys and action plans.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive people experience strategy that encompasses the complete Talent Life Cycle.
    • Manage the budget for events and people experience initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with HR Representatives, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and other HR functions to align people experience initiatives with broader HR strategies.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to support events and initiatives.
    • Develop and execute communication plans to promote events and people experience initiatives to the organization.
    • Partner with the marketing team to align and deliver on the organization’s projects and events.
    • Co-ordinate, support and Collaborate with the canteen vendors to promote special events, discounts, and loyalty programs.
    • Support the HR teams to execute and deliver on their projects.
    • Ensure all projects and events are maintained and executed from start to finish.
    • Champion but not limited to Special Days and Events
    • Encompass and align the Employee Value Proposition with the organization's unique mission, values, and goals to be cohesive and effective.
    • Manage the HR Event Calendar

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
    • 5 years plus of experience in a Senior HR Role, Events Planning & Execution, Internal communications, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Experience in change management and employee engagement.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
    • Team collaboration and results driven.
    • Understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
    • Strong computer and presentation skills, including proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

    Lead – Employer Branding

    Job Description

    We are currently on a search for a Lead-Employer Branding who will be responsible for developing, leading, and implementing the employer branding strategy across all channels. This includes working with marketing, communications, and the recruiting teams to ensure that the employer brand is consistently and effectively represented both internally and externally. This position requires a blend of marketing, HR, and creative skills to create a compelling employer brand that aligns with the company's values and Organisation objectives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with the organization's values, mission, and business goals.
    • Identify and assess opportunities to differentiate the company as an employer of choice.
    • Cultivate the company's employer brand by creating and maintaining a consistent and positive online and offline presence.
    • Develop innovative and effective strategies to attract top talent, both actively and passively.
    • Utilize various channels, including universities, social media, recruitment marketing, and partnerships, to reach potential candidates.
    • Create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media campaigns, that highlight the company's unique culture and values.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure employer branding is included in all Special Days and projects.
    • Ensure consistency and alignment with the employer brand across all platforms.
    • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives using relevant KPIs, and metrics.
    • Use data insights and market data to continually refine and enhance branding strategies.
    • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, associations, and other potential partners to expand the company's presence in the job market.
    • Promote diversity and inclusion efforts and incorporate them into the employer branding strategy.
    • Ensure that all branding and initiatives comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
    • Train and empower employees to represent the company positively on social media and at industry events.
    • Work closely with the recruitment team to develop marketing materials for job postings and recruitment events.
    • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive talent acquisition strategies.
    • Collaborate with HR leadership to define and execute an employer branding strategy that aligns with the organization's values, culture, and business objectives.
    • Create and share engaging content to highlight the company's work environment, benefits, and career opportunities.
    • Encompass and align the Employee Value Proposition with the organization's unique mission, values, and goals to be cohesive and effective.
    • Promoting employer branding in career fairs and other talent platforms.
    • Ensure all company documentation, posters, policies, and all other resources are enhanced with employer branding.
    • Collaborate with career bloggers and influencers in a similar industry to review the company and promote the employer brand adhering to laws and regulations.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
    • 5 years plus experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, or Marketing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of and experience in HR principles, branding strategies, and social media platforms.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to tell a compelling story about the organization.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure the success of branding initiatives.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Results-driven.
    • Understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
    • Strong Influential and negotiation skills
    • Strong personality of tolerance, resilience, and curiosity
    • Strong computer and presentation skills, including proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
