    Sales Consultant on & Off Con (HTR)

    Purpose

    To sell and promote Henry Tayler & Ries Brand portfolio to customers within a specific geographical area in both an On & Off Con environment, by creating brand awareness and building brands in line with strategic objectives.

    Key Performance Areas Include, But Are Not Limited To

    • Drive forward share: Drive Accessibility, Availability, Activations and RRSP
    • Power Pack Compliance: Price driven promotions and drive power pack compliance agreements with customers
    • Drive the premium portfolio and understand portfolio roles of the various brands within HT&R
    • Understand the value chain between On & Off Con environment
    • Build partnerships with customers: Call strike rate and 4 A score compliance vs non-compliance
    • Drive continuous improvement and implement business improvement initiatives and share and implement new ideas regarding sales and improving effectiveness of sales force
    • Take responsibility for own development and contribute to team effectiveness

    The successful candidate must have the following qualification, skills and experience:

    • Relevant Diploma
    • 2-3 years FMCG or relevant experience in both On & Off Con environment
    • Flexible 44 working hour week and week end promotions /activities
    • Valid driver’s license – essential requirement

    • Business Acumen – Ability to consider financial concepts relevant to the customer when making business, management or sales decisions; Stays aware of competitor activity and brand offering and considers this knowledge during the entire sales cycle and understands the sales environment and the liquor industry as a whole, with good understanding of the latest market trends.
    • Understanding customer needs – Ability to create understanding between sales team and customers to establish a trust relationship with HTR and to grow or maintain sales revenue. Demonstrates processes that add value to the customers during customer visits understood and implemented.
    • Goals and planning sales activities – Ability to formulate clear goals and sales objectives which is aligned to sales strategy and targets per segment

    Data Governance Manager - Libertas Parva

    Purpose Of The Position

    Design, document and monitor practical, executable data governance practices and processes in Distell’s data space, including leading the accurate maintenance of a wide variety of supply chain and material related data into our ERP (SAP) system in accordance with Master Data Governance policies and procedures.

    Key performance areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • Oversee the data governance strategy, providing support, facilitating and coordinating data governance activities
    • Design and manage the development of an independent view of the Business Data Risk Profile as well as other monitoring tools
    • Partner with data teams providing advice and guidance to align strategies & corresponding capabilities to ensure a consistent, best in class governance framework.
    • Undertakes an independent validation of the health of the data in the organisation, including data quality, adherence to data governance standards, the embedment of data processes
    • Provide oversight and guidance during risk assessments and partner with the business to develop appropriate controls and effectiveness testing.
    • Provide thought leadership and guidance to business and supporting functions in implementing data and risk management practices.
    • Demonstrate the business value in Data Governance to all levels of the organisation.
    • Stay current on the changing technology landscape, data ecosystem, industry initiatives and regulatory.
    • Support the Development and Implementation of the Enterprise’s Data Governance Strategy and Roadmap
    • Lead, Develop and maintain a single framework for all data & analytics functions to support the operations and governance aspects of the company
    • Take responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable data privacy regulations and policies.
    • Align tactical initiatives to the data governance strategy across projects and programs
    • Develop and implement best practices policies and guidance across the company’s key systems and data sources, core systems and introduce a consistent company-wide taxonomy and ontology across the company and its systems.
    • Lead working sessions with operational and information system owners regarding the on-boarding of new data assets including documentation of processes, procedures, system interfaces, data dictionaries, data models and requirements for all new analytical data assets.

    The Successful Candidate Must Have The Following Experience/skills

    • Relevant Bachelors degree in Information Management, Informatics, Finance, Technology or related field.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in data governance or data quality analysis and data management.
    • Strong FMCG supply chain experience will be an advantage.
    • Ability to use project principles to manage projects successfully.
    • High level of computer literacy in Microsoft office suite and SAP (Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint will be required)
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with persuasion at Board level
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively
