    Bookkeeping Support Specialist

    Purpose;

    • The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by effectively managing and responding to customer enquiries and issues.

    Job Description

    • Development and maintenance of automated legal precedents used by law firms throughout Canada, the UK and South Africa.
    • These precedents include both statutory court forms, as well as general legal documents and correspondence documents customised on behalf of our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Document Construction, Formatting and Styling, using MS Word as well as proprietary MS Word-like user interfaces.
    • Researching and understanding the environment in which a document operates.
    • Analysing the degree to which the document should be automated.
    • Marking-up and automating the document using in-house programing tools involving document logic ("if then/else"), fillpoints/stop-codes and dialogs.
    • Testing, trouble shooting, and maintaining the documents developed.

    • Must have an eye for attention to detail.

    Payroll Administrator

    Job Description

    • We’re looking for experienced payroll officer with a minimum of 3-5 years’ previous payroll experience to join our busy, vibrant team.
    • As a payroll team member, you’ll be working across multiple jurisdictions payroll.
    • This role is extremely diverse and no two days are ever the same! It’s a fast-paced environment so you must be capable of juggling a varied workload and achieving deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Full responsibility for multiple allocated internal payrolls with varying pay cycles
    • Ensure all payrolls are run on time
    • Maintain accurate records for all employees
    • Produce payslips and payroll analyses & regional revenue reporting
    • Run month end and year end procedures, including pension and benefit administration.
    • Support annual and regular auditing requirements both internally and with our finance partners
    • Build and maintain relationships with employees, liaising with them regularly

    Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

    • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in the payroll department.
    • Fully up to date with all Payroll rules and regulations in South Africa. (UK, Ireland, Canada (desirable).
    • Ability to manually calculate tax and any other regulatory commitments
    • Adaptable to different payroll software, Sage and ADP payroll experience desirable
    • Experience desirable in administration of provident and benefits systems
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with experience with creating, importing and uploading CSV files
    • Data oriented with a focus on accuracy

    Senior Software Engineer

    Job Description

    • The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience.
    • They will be a self-starter, highly motivated, and keen to learn.
    • The individual will own the development of our in-house applications, as well as facilitating product builds and client integrations.
    • They must possess a strong background in SOLID engineering, plus modular system design.
